Terrible's Hotel and Casino Review

Visited the Dennys inside. Very clean. Amazing food. The staff was top knotch. Tentative, warm. Made you feel at home.

We asked to see the room first. A very nice lady, who seemed to be head housekeeper went with us and showed us 3 different kinds of rooms. We choose a Standard, updated, room. To get the recently renovated rooms, it cost an extra $10. We were very satisfied. The bed mattress, pillows, and towels were all comfortable. We used and enjoyed the hot tub/spa as well.

They have upped there music game. Had a couple drinks at the bar. The music was great. The waitress was nice.

The casino is really old. They need to do a lot of updates.

It's okay and I like the pet rooms that they had, and the free popcorn in the lobby by the show cars with cool. But I didn't like was being woken up at 1 in the morning alarms blaring then after 10 minutes of that some muffled oops sorry for your inconvenience is all we get for an explanation on the overhead speaker. Finally got back to sleep woke up to a bunch of loud noise then decided to get up and take a shower and of course there's no freaking hot water. Their bartenders could also use a little brushing up on personality. I probably will never ever stay there again, unless it's free then I'd seriously have to think about it

Casino was way out dated the Denny's restaurant had great service and good food very surprised true the way place look look like they were stuck in the seventies still no updates to the facade or interior

A hotel Casino half way between primm and Las Vegas. A good place to stop for a meal at Denny's or viewing of the cars which are displayed, these cars were in recent and past movies like Fast and Furious, Back to the Future, Greece, Original Batmobile etc. The Casino area is busy and seems popular.

Little slow casino with many updated slot machine, great working staff there super friendly!

We stayed on our way to San Diego and it was a good stay. The room was clean and we got free breakfast which was an added bonus. The hotel is older, but definitely met the needs for our little family.

I used the bathroom at 5 am. There was no one there. 10/10 would go again.

Good strike is unique. If you like old school, then this is for you.

Not the best Casino in the Vegas area, but they are kind enough to let you park your RV in there lot over night.
We did visit there snack bar, and the lady was very nice.

I like the place okay. The same Sphinx machine is still broken from a month ago or probably longer. I usually walk away with winnings.
The butterfly bonus is a poor choice with max bet on the phinx. Returned 11/13 they removed the Sphinx machine and replaced it with a Ghost Buster machine. I must say it's not an enjoyable play. The free play is a great perk for returning to Terrible's.
The Denny's is tucked away in the back and always quick seating. Checkout the movie cars while you are there.

This is one of the last casinos in Nevada, before crossing the state line into California.

Not welcoming, although nothing negative. More neutral in service. People just come and go based on their desires.

Few table games, not open all night. Decent bar and quite a bit of slots. Ate at denny's inside, normal food and good service.

A great place to spend the night outside of Las Vegas. Very nice rooms great Personnel not the biggest variety of food but it's out there all by itself

Nice Western atmosphere. Plus a casino in the place and Denny's so u never have to leave

The employees that work there. Best cheeseburger in steak house and blue cheese salad dressing. Still miss the bread pudding in the buffet.

it was nice and clean. I stayed just one night but received two vouchers for a value slam and a coffee. dealers were mostly friendly and beers were cheap at the bar. checkout was easy.

I go here because of the convenience of the truck stop They have very clean restrooms and Good Denny's and lots of slot machines for entertainment.

Though it's basically in the middle of nowhere (and was very empty when we went) it was fairly clean and up to date.

Maybe it's because I had a pet room but wow. Just wow. I travel A LOT and this was the worst place I've ever stayed. There's tissue sticking out of the broken part in the ceiling, the windows had no screens, the lock on the door is broken, the shower....oh my gosh, and the air conditioning unit is in need of major repair. They charge you extra to travel with a pet and I assumed it was because the pet rooms got an extra deep clean. Wrong. It was clear the bathroom hadn't had a deep clean in way too long. I think the final straw for me was the half empty bottle of shampoo. Seriously? It's a hotel bottle of shampoo and you can't even give me a new one? I got the left overs? Do yourself a favor and keep driving. Terrible's is cheap, but you get what you pay for. The ONLY positive thing I can say was there was no sign of bed bugs.

It was clean but run down. There is a train that goes by every few hours. The Denny's breakfast was good.

There's no words to explain to go to this place we love it and we try to go at least maybe four times a year

In my room, the sheets were stained with something yellow. Also, since the air conditioner was too cold, we tried to adjust it. But, it started to make the whole room smell.

We stopped to use the bathroom, change and feed the baby. The bathroom was ean and thwy had an awrsome changing table tjat made it easy to change the baby.

GOOD - easy check-in and check-out - room was clean - no time limit on when the free breakfast is available - plenty of parking (though it's all uncovered parking) NEUTRAL - Denny's breakfast NOT GOOD - no fridge in the room (Jean, NV has hot weather) - everywhere outside our own room had cigarette stink

It's a nice refreshing trip away from the Las Vegas hustle. The free car museum in the casino is great. I got to see my childhood favorites including the batmobile and the doc Brown delorean. The bathrooms are old and need renovating but they're fine. The whole casino could use an air filter. It's awfully Smoky.

Food at Dennys inside was good. Did not stay there.

As a club owner. I evaluate everything. Mario Rosales. A 10+ entertainment! the bartender Michaela. Perfect in all ways of her Craft. My partners and I will return. As far as the slots, they did their jobs also and took our money. Lol. Great time.

Wireless did not work in the room, horribly overpriced. There werent any power outlets near the desk. Its not for those in the tech industry, but a clean lodging nonetheless.

Beds are kinda hard. Smells like alot of smoke downstairs. Couldnt find the pool, no signs. Pool area is nice

I turned around in the parking lot, looks like a fun casino though and I love the name!

Place went downhill with the economy. Slot machines and table games are minimal. Gambling floor is half empty. Minimal dining choices. Rooms are dated, yet, clean. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Room prices are a bit on the high side for location and amenities/games offered.

Ordered food at then Dennys I was charged then they called me and said they closed early for cleaning. Would have been good to know before being charged.

It's an okay place. The rooms have been redone so they're not bad. The shower is a little bit low. And my friend's truck got broken into in the parking lot. Don't expect anything to eat other than Denny's. The lounge was pretty cool and the band was good. The casino itself is much smaller than it used to be. When I was there a long time ago the casino used to be much larger. But now they have a free car exhibit that takes up a very large portion of what used to be more Casino space. The Blackjack here is brutal it's six-deck shoe. So if you need a place to sleep and don't really care about eating Denny's it's a good place.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Free breakfast voucher at Dennys is a nice touch. Lots of machines in the casino, friendly staff. Had a hard time getting hot water out of the shower, and the TV had a bad dish connection and was unwatchable.

Mainly have a kid and I would stay but I need area that my two year free roam not just leaves in a room.

Kinda cool checking out all of the baja 1000 vehicles.

Awesome hotel for the price! 30 min from Vegas but the price of reservation fees at some places. Our check in was slow but not their fault. Would definitely stay again.

Love the old time small casino feel of days gone by. These days of mega casinos have all but killed these smaller ones. So glad that there some still around even if you have to get off the Strip and out of Vegas to enjoy and experience them.

Nice place 30 Min's from downtown, a stop before the Vega's madness for us on our road trip

budget hotel that has good access to I-15, complimentary breakfast was good.

Hotel Management is brutal to deal with if you have a follow-up question or concern regards in your bill; got charged 2x for one stay.

It's a hotel and Casino off the I 15 up a ways from the Primm outlets. It's affordable and they offer discounts on room rates. It has a Dennys and steakhouse restaurant down stairs along with movie cars. The room was roomy with standard amenities. Certain rooms have been recently renovated. Overall it is a good budget stay if you need sleep before continuing on your drive. Tldr budget hotel conveniently located

Vintage 80's hotel. Great for nostalgia if your into that stuff. Hotel reminds me of the Shining. Kept looking for the twin zombie girls to step out. Casino was shrunken to a fit of its former size. Did have some cool movie cars displayed
