We just received our order of 100 shirts and the print quality and placement turned out great! Working with Alex (account manager) has always been a pleasure and we look forward to working with them in the future. The only minor complaint we have, which is not necessarily Terminus's fault, is that the shirts run a bit smaller than we expected, even for a fashion tee. Luckily we bought mostly larger sizes.

These folks took care of my every need. Quinton K. was super chill and professional too. I'm super stoked with how my tees came out. From design to shipping, they make the process a breeze.

If you are looking for cheap shirts that will ship tomorrow, I would advise going somewhere else. But if you're looking for the absolute best quality to represent your company, outstanding customer service, and more than fair prices, I'd go with Terminus without question. I've ordered from these guys now for 5 or so years. I trust them enough to turn my business friends to them and I've never heard anyone say anything but awesome things about them. There's even been times where I've been in a bind, called my rep (Ryan), and he's been nothing but stellar every time. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Hannah and the team at Terminus Tees have done a fantastic job at finding us the best prices and fitting some unrealistic deadlines that we ve asked them to meet. I ll admit that when I gave Terminus my first shirt order, I was skeptical because I had never used a vendor who I didn t know because they were local and I ve been so happy since moving my business over to them. The few times I have tried someone else because of pricing or timing, it has not gone well, and I have been let down, which is something that has never happened with the team at Terminus Tees!

If I could do zero stars, I would. I have never experienced such terrible customer service. DO NOT USE THIS T-SHIRT VENDOR! We have a laundry list of anecdotes about their poor customer service, but the icing on the cake is this story: We ordered a reprint of a shirt they had already done for us. They printed it incorrectly, so we sealed the box and shipped it back to them. Upon receiving the shirts, they claimed that 40 out of the 100 were missing. We fought them on this for months, disputing with UPS and our credit card. Because the shipping was pre-paid, the package was never weighed when we dropped it off. For this reason, all our disputes were unsuccessful because we had no proof. So instead we faced 2 months of aggravation, and are out $600 and 40 shirts. We order hundreds of shirts every month, but Terminus did not care about us as a customer. We will never use them again, and would strongly discourage anyone else from using them too.

Their shirts are high quality, the print was fantastic, the price was super low, turn-around time was decent and the customer service was unparalleled. Hope to work with you guys more in the future.

Hey If you want awesome professional looking shirts? You need to stop right here! Ryan at Terminus Tees understands what we want before we do! His ideas are great and gets what we want. Ryan's response time is insane and works fast. The quality of their shirts is retail quality or better. Don't get me started on their prices whoa!!!

Every portion of my experience working with Terminus Tees was amazing throughout. Our account manager Will was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, straightforward, and responsive throughout the entire process. All the staff was polite and friendly upon all 3 of my visits to the offices in Woodstock and my customer service experience through email, phone, and face to face experiences were all a solid 10/10. Could not ask for a better experience. Will was "on the ball" when it came to communication, which is somewhat of a rarity nowadays. Anytime any changes or updates were made to the graphics, quantity, or order Will contacted me personally via cell every time. I never ONCE had to reach out to him or "bother" him because he was the one to contact me every time. I much appreciate that.
The quality of the shirts, ink, quality, and printing were all amazing. Couldn't ask for a better representation of the artwork provided and the quality of the pre-shrunk cotton garment fits our needs perfectly. Cannot recommend Terminus enough. We used Terminus Tees for 150 or so shirts for an industry conference. Jordan was extremely responsive and accommodating as I asked to make many changes. The shirts turned out great! They were shipped on time. Overall, very pleased with my experience and would use them again.

ATTENTION Companies and Bands!!! If you are seeking out a company to purchase T Shirts from, DO NOT use TERMINUS TEES!!! Either find out the hard way, or take heed to my warning! Here's a list of why NOT to use them from my personal experience:
- They completed my order 2 days LATE
- They printed my design sloppier than advertised
- They SHORTED me SIX (6) Shirts
- Their Management told me that they KNEW they shorted me 3 Shirts Upon my purchase, but somehow failed to mention that to me
- When I kindly asked the OWNER if they could simply print my 6 missing shirts and send them to me via mail, he said that they could not, because it would, "take too long."
- They said that I would be credited back $25 for the THREE T Shirts that they "knew" were missing. I checked my account and was only credited back $19

Basically TERMINUS is a company that not only doesn't fix problems in the manner that they should, but also blames their customers for problems that are created within their own building.

I have been a Terminus customer since 2007. I have been amazed every time and by all of the various employees that I have worked with. Even with negative circumstances everything has always been made right in the end. 5 stars for sure!

I used Terminus to create custom apparel for my business. Unfortunately, my experience was very poor and the final product was not what was desired. In addition, the order was split into two shipments and the first arrived 3 days late and the second arrived 1.5 weeks late.

I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

If I need to order t-shirts, Terminus Tees is my go to place to purchase. I have nothing but great things to say about them. They have great quality control, if you don't know what you're doing, please let professionals do the designing, they provide the services and have worked with me to improve my own design process whenever the layout hasn't hit the mark. I've printed around 1,500 shirts with them over the years and have always had them turn out excellent. Keep it up guys!

I have done 6-7 different designs with terminus. Expect the best service and quality printing from Jordan and his team.

I've used Terminus for a few years now and have been 100% thrilled with their service. I order a good bit of logo merchandise for my radio show and we have had other suppliers approach us about using them for our needs. No one else has been able to match the customer service level of Terminus. With one supplier I waited three weeks to get a response on a quote, and another simply never responded to my request. Jordan always follows-up to make sure I was happy with my order and touches base periodically to see if there is anything else we need. I highly recommend Terminus.
