Every portion of my experience working with Terminus Tees was amazing throughout. Our account manager Will was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, straightforward, and responsive throughout the entire process. All the staff was polite and friendly upon all 3 of my visits to the offices in Woodstock and my customer service experience through email, phone, and face to face experiences were all a solid 10/10. Could not ask for a better experience. Will was "on the ball" when it came to communication, which is somewhat of a rarity nowadays. Anytime any changes or updates were made to the graphics, quantity, or order Will contacted me personally via cell every time. I never ONCE had to reach out to him or "bother" him because he was the one to contact me every time. I much appreciate that.
The quality of the shirts, ink, quality, and printing were all amazing. Couldn't ask for a better representation of the artwork provided and the quality of the pre-shrunk cotton garment fits our needs perfectly. Cannot recommend Terminus enough. A1 experience all the way. We will be back for future orders.
