Giving poor rating based on my interactions with Bangalore Lowes operations. I had two interviews Lowes approached me I never applied those roles first one Sr Manager ESS and other for Manager supply chain analytics well I don't want to take the names here but let me address the unprofessional behavior. First role interview over video con call which was discussed and the hiring manager asked me to me prepare a presentation and he would schedule one more round after which nothing happened I followed up with HR several times after which he says the hiring manager decided not to move it forward .My Q why do you want to waste candidate time when you already have your favorites . DONT EVER DO THAT INTERVIEWS SHOULD BE HELD RESPECTING EACH OTHER TIME when you ask something be serious about it keeping the company goals in perspective but not your personal agenda or just to wave of some time this shows how incompetent the department is. My second interview Manager supply chain analytics interview held by sr manager this guy comes to a video conference with a round neck T shirt, unshaved and worst thing is sipping a Tea while he discuss what nonsense is this my first impression was why should I even continue with this discussion when the hiring manager is so casual and uninterested hence I ensured that I too take the conversations very casual and in the first place I did not have any interest because I know what the end result will be, I just listend to his words, as expected I see the arrogance and attitude. Come on guys buckle up use ur attitude towards company goals don't showoff this on candidates you will miss the real skilled candidate. Lastly for sure I will never attend any interviews of Bangalore Lowes my feedback to HRs and hiring managers in Bangalore is correct your approach and behaviour and have respect to the time of candidates .
