Absolutely horrible experience. Wait times are so short because they don't treat the patient.

Had an Upper Endoscopy done by Dr. Ennis. He of course is a great doctor and I m very pleased he is my Gastroenterologist.
Need to tell you about the staff in the Sergical area. Every person from the front desk thru to the young lady that wheeled me out were wonderful. They were all very professional but still joked and laughed with me and put me at ease. Didn t feel like I was on a conveyor belt getting rushed thru but didn t feel like they were waisting time. A big THANK YOU to everyone involved with my procedure.

gateway sucks ass , they wont bother by taking an mri or running every test neccessary they need to find the problem if they dont see it on an x ray they u give drugs and say go home after 6 hours of being there. i tore my acl and had to get surgery .. they took an x ray said it was nothing and sent me out the door, i had to get surgery ppl but nothing was wrong?!! they dont care and if they dont then they shouldnt have went to school for it nursing. your attitudes belong in a mcdonalds restaurant!

I went to the er yesterday afternoon because of frequent vomiting and a ache in my left arm. I arrived and checked in about 12:55pm and spent the next 8+hrs just in the waiting room. I complained many times and was told that I wasn't sick enough. I was there with a couple friends and one of them was there for a chest infection. both of us were given tests that were unnecessary and expensive. Since when does a chest infection require a EKG?? I was dehydrated and needed fluids but was told that I wasn't allowed to drink anything. almost 10hrs with food or drink. when I finally got to see the Dr, he did allow me to have ice chips and I was hooked up to an IV. The Dr. was extremely nice and listened to me and made me feel better. the nursing staff leaves a lot to be desired. if I could not give any stars, I would, but it seems I have to. so they get 1 star. I have NEVER endured such rude people in a hospital before.
