The place is over priced. Very salty tomato sauce. The service was extremely slow on all accounts. But the staff were extremely helpful and nice.

Great food and great service! Top notch. Definitely will be back again.

One of our favorite restaurants in Buffalo. Great place of a special occasion or date night. We go knowing we are going to have an amazing meal and expect to pay good money of this experience.

The dry aged porterhouse was the best steak I have ever had

The drinks and food are good, although the shrimp risotto wasn't the risotto I'm used to, it was more like tossed rice.

Was there for a private event and the service and food excellent. Chicken cutlets with spring greens was delicious, great flavor. Service was great. Waiters were accommodating and quick to respond. Three floors of dining area, so be aware, didn't see an elevator if needed.

This was HORRIBLE start to finish. We came all the way from Toronto, confirmed and reconfirmed the reservation, and still a table was not available when we arrived. After 15 minutes, they offered a table that wouldn't seat one person. We ordered and after 1-1/2 hours, our dinners were still not ready. After asking several times about our meal, the "manager" gave us excuses. We had no choice but to leave. We ate at our hotel instead. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its always great here. But you would think after multiple customers requesting you to bring back the coconut cheesecake you had once because it was such a hit you would?

Tried to sit us in the bar area which makes the whole experience feel too casual for the price so we waited forever for a real table inside the actual restaurant. I ordered the filet which was very good. But the porter house which we ordered medium was cold, raw, tough, and lousy. Truly, I grew up in new new city, and I know a good steak when I eat one. That porter house was the worst steak I have ever gotten at a restaurant in my life. And when we tried to send it back we were questioned tougher than a suspect in a murder trial. I felt like screaming "it was disgusting... and We hated it!" We had to tell our story 3 times to finally get it taken off the bill. I'm sorry but a $100.00 steak should probably not make you gag. We will never be back again. That is for sure!

I had a dinner with 8 people just last night, (1) the wait staff was very inattentive with ordering and not visible for nearly the entire meal, (2) it took approximately 2hrs, yes 2hrs to get our food and it came out staggered over 10min , (3) I was told the Milanese was amazing, the garnishing were tasty, but chicken was rubbery and the breading was soggy and all over the place, (4) another person at our table had the lamb and it was over salted and inedible, (5) we were told the 2hr delay was due to a large party upstairs, when in actuality there was not an unusual amount people there at any point and (6) the calamari was really good, the sauce and texture were great and that was a tease how good this place could be if they didn t neglect the experience last night. I wouldn t go back and risk an awful experience for the potential of landing some decent calamari.

Had a business dinner here. Cuisine is top shelf, appetizers / bread very good. Dinners well prepared and timely, with appropriate portions. Fish, meats and pastas all came out perfect. Desserts, apertifs well done. Service was well done and unobtrusive. Prices as expected for this quality. Would certainly use this location for business or special occasions.

Wonderful place for a quiet, elegant meal. The menu looked delicious top to bottom, but I was swayed by tonight's specials. I chose the pan-seared halibut with ink risotto and cauliflower-saffron puree, and everything was top notch. The portions were reasonable (a rare quality in Buffalo), and everything was seasoned perfectly. Dessert was a dream: went with the sour cream chocolate cake, with an espresso ganache and fresh berries. The service was attentive without being overbearing. All-in-all, a great place for a nice, upscale dinner.

The atmosphere, service, and food absolutely left us with anticipating our next visit. I also must mention we started with delicious cocktails and the wine list is wonderful!! A special mention to the professional and warm hospitality of Chris who made our evening a very special and memorable one.

A gem in Buffalo, make sure you get reservations for Tempo if you find yourself in this town. From the time we stepped in to the time we left, the service, drinks, and food were 5 out of 5. I was very surprised to see this level of a restaurant in Buffalo, NY. Highly recommend it!

The food and service is 2nd to none! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I recommend Tempo to anyone who is looking for a good experience.

You should never leave the Mulberry hungry. Very large portions of home made Italian food. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. A great experience.

Here is the best place what I visited Istanbul in this trip. Due to hidden place to travellers, I felt specials during enjoying dinner.

Politely greeted & promptly seated upon arrival. Our waiter was friendly & attentive. We started out with an appetizer of mussels. They were excellent. If ordering make sure you ask for extra bread during the bread service. The broth in the mussels goes quite well with the bread. Next came the misto salad. It too was quite good & enough for the two of us to share. There was quite a wait between the salad & the entree. Our waiter seemed concerned about this & apologized, thanking us for our patience. I assume a large table must have been ahead of us.

Everything about our visit was excellent. The service, the attention to detail, the food; everything was excellent.

Nice and intimate setting (we sat upstairs) Crafted cocktails were very good and food was amazing! Bar on the first floor is on the smaller side. Not much room to gather there while waiting. Parking was easy. Would return for another dinner :)

Hands down my favorite place to eat in Buffalo. The filet was to die for. If I had to have my last meal, I would have it here.

Our waiter must have had a rough day or week, because I'd never seen someone so disinterested in serving a table. The wine was excellent as was the list. Someone in the kitchen should lose their access to the salt. We left half our meal not because we were full, but because finishing it would have damaged vital organs. It was a 25 dollar experience for 60 dollars a plate.

Very lovely place to come to, from the professional waitress/waitresses to the young lady that kept the water poured and the table crisp. I would give them 3 stars alone for that, top notch service. For the food that easily would be the rest of the two stars. Only reason for not a perfect five is for this reason only. For a Italian restaurant to not serve lasagna, I have to take a star away for that. Yea I am picky, but that's how I feel. But I tell you the food we did have was pretty good. My wife ordered the salmon, and even though it was seasoned and cook exactly how she likes it. She didn't care for the broth the salmon came on, and the gnocchi tasted like mash potatoe balls. My food was great, a nice hearty tasting, stick to your bones braised lamb shank. This dish does not fall short from amazing. The drinks and dessert was just as good. A perfect ending to a good dinner

Just found out what $$$$ means as a rating alongside restaurant advertisements after going to the Tempo Restaurant in Buffalo last night with Jojo and our in-laws to use a gift certificate given to us by our daughter Rebecca and her husband Nick as a Christmas gift last year.
This is not a misprint, for a single 5 oz. glass of ordinary Riesling wine alone with tax and tip on it, it comes out to $22.13 !!! Times that by two and it's $44.26 just to wet your lips when you sit down with some chill liquid before you even order anything to eat
I figured that the waiter made the equivalent of about $288 per hour for the probably five minutes it took him to give service to our table that night
They had a 12 oz. porterhouse steak listed on the menu that night for $95.00
What really shocked me was that the place was pretty full with people who don't blink an eye at spending that kind of money for a meal out and this restaurant's popularity ranks about # 12 in our area. Prices like that are not justified in my book and i would never pay to get what I would really want to get there to eat at those exorbitant prices.
I'm a simple guy and if anyone out there wants to get me a gift certificate for some occasion, then get me one to the Longhorn Restaurant. At least there I could get a great fillet mignon dinner complete with an appetizer, salad, desert and a bottle of wine along with more ambiance for 50% less money then having to settle for a bland dish of pasta while sitting at a table for four staring at the bare wall with a men's room door less than a foot away which was getting a lot of foot traffic. This is not a classy restaurant as far as our experience goes so heads up for anyone who thinks that they may want to try this place, and if you do please bring plenty of money :( :( :(

Great service, great food. Specials were interesting and creative. Wine menu extensive. Overall a bit pricey but no regrets, you get what you pay for.

Very busy in there. Food was good and the charcuterie amuse was a special treat. Got the octopus and milanese. Not my favorite milanese in buffalo but tasty. I'll be back to try some other things.

The food is great and the waiter is awesome. My waiter gives very good recommendation on what to order and which food goes well with my drink. The place is also so cozy with candlelights everywhere. I have a really nice dining experience here.

Tempo is very beautiful and the ambiance is just perfect. All the staff that work their are wonderful especially at waiter Mark. Mark did a great job and knew the menu when I asked him a question. Still labeling as the best dining experience downtown. Food is great, service was the best I've had, and we had a great night. We only spent a shade over $100 and had a glass of wine each with an app so it wasn't over the top expensive. A true special occasion destination.

Mixed feelings. My Lamb was way overpowered in a rich sauce. Will return to try something else. Parking is a fiasco.

Everything is fantastic. great food, great service. Ok, maybe great doesn't give it enough credit. Appetizer to dessert, top class. Only downfall is the leopard print carpet....but how often do you really look at the carpet, especially with everything else being so good

Went there last night 11/18. We were sat promptly and the pace of ordering and service started out appropriately.

We were seated in an area, our table was for two, there was another as such. Also there were 2 other tables for four and 6, all empty. Once they filled up we became invisible. No one came to our table for a half hour.

Seems couples spending near $300 are insignificant to waiters once the bigger tables are filled there.

We even pushed out our plates to the edge of the table as we wanted dessert, it was an effort in futility.

Told the Maitre D about it on the way out, he offered to give us desserts to go, which my wife agreed to.

But that's not the point.

We were snubbed by staff for more lucrative tables.

Amazing dinner and great service. Servers are knowledgable and attentive. Gnocchi pomodoro was amazing
