I was tossed from branch to branch and from office to office, their staff did not even know they offer these services.
Then afterwards came the server downtimes, sometimes Im hesitant to give a client my email address because they may email and the server is down
*Fibre Installation*
Its been a while since my home application for fibre Installation. They have subdivided service areas. What i eventually learnt is that if your area is residential it is not given priority because they say companies pay for the expensive data plans and do not skip recharging as compared to a resident .
In my case the branch i report to says they do not have a DROP CABLE which is the cable from the box on their poles to my house. This same cable is there at their harare town branch but the cannot use it as it is for town clients (companies)
