I like the manner in which it is designed to cater as a rendezvous place for visitors and passersby waiting for dates or appointments, because of the sitting area that was incorporated as a feature of the building. The circular "dare" concrete bench provides the African cultural flair into a modern design. The employees from the building and other public offices such as the Harare Civil Court adjacent can relax over lunch. The building is telecommunications owned and therefore my suggestion is that TelOne could provide a social corporate service by providing free wifi to its publics.
