Telligo

Beware of Telligo. Basic safety rules are not followed. Children, even young, can be left alone to cook in their bungalow without any control. My son, who was just 14 years old, was severely burned by oil splashes due to lack of supervision. Telligo claims to have given instructions to the children, which in fact was not the case. The general manager also claims that the animators went from bungalow to bungalow to monitor the kitchen, which was also not the case (at least the children could be alone for more than 30 minutes ... Hence the accident) . This autonomy of young people to cook with oil themselves was also removed the next day. However, Telligo denies any responsibility. An activity leader called me to find out if I was willing to pay around 20 euros for my son to go see a doctor (as if the problem was the payment and not my son's health!). Given the severity of the burns, the doctor should have been called immediately. I was called two more times not to keep myself informed of my son's health but for the cost of medication! (Again just a few euros, it was not really my concern! The person could not even tell me about my son's health!). Many surveillance and security anomalies were observed throughout the stay (in the end, two of my children were injured during this trip). Telligo just pleads bad luck. We do not entrust these children with any chance of luck for their safety. The animators are nice but young and without any experience ... To flee therefore if you care about your children or if you only hope that they will not be injured!

Since telligo has recovered the extracurricular market on our neighborhood in Tours has a disaster ... I took out my children. Thank you City Hall for this financial only choice without thinking of children

Our daughter came back delighted with her stay, when it was her first summer camp and she was leaving with a little apprehension. Excellent activities, accommodation and food fully adapted to the needs of children, friendly and competent animators, attentive to the little hassles of everyday life. Well done!

Trip canceled following confinement, normal ... I regret that Tellier continued to take samples knowing that it was going to be canceled. We received a credit refundable in 18 months, and the cancellation insurance (however with pandemic indicated) refuses to operate, invoking an order of March 25, 2020. My son had saved to pay for his trip and fears that he will not be able to make the trip of his dreams! If not to have them on the phone count an hour of waiting ...

All in all my daughter had a good stay but I find it really deplorable to have recovered her covered with bed flea buttons. When it started, she called me worried not knowing what she had and no supervisor warned me of her condition and did not really deal with this problem. She's been home for 3 weeks and she still has pimples. At this level, I consider that there is a lack of seriousness and given the price of the service, I find the service and the environment really limited.

My child left with Telligo in February 2017, "Ice escape". He was more or less happy. By storytelling the animators have commented on his origins: "the majority of terrorists come from your country". My daughter at the April holidays went to stay Harry Potter in England. She came back delighted with this stay. The animators have done more than serious and more than magic work to give full satisfaction to children. Thank you to them for this passion that they knew how to transmit.

My 7 year old son returns from the colo "the corridors of time" at Herbiers .... I could have put 5 stars if there had been only the animators of which my son does not dry up praises! but unfortunately there was the director: Raphael! Which drops my rating to 2! An angry colo director, constantly shouting at the kids, threatening to "knock them out" if they did not stand out! (nerve crisis and the term "knock out" heard by myself when I was on the phone with my son the first morning of the colony!). It's a pity that this kind of person has the status of director because he really does not have the quality! This guy is good for the army but not to supervise young children!

I am just reading the comment on the security problem, the great youth of the animators and the lack of overall experience. I confirm. My daughter came back happy ... found the animators very nice and "funny", often having fun with each other but also with most of the children. On the boat, in the rapids etc ... Very carefree but, as she told me, no one ever seems to respect basic safety principles ... Young people with little experience (probably just graduated) to supervise "barely younger" with a lot of smiles but also a lot of neglect. Many injuries during the stay ... It is still expensive and risky for the service ...

Not bad, but IT courses are pure colo, with too few hours of classes per day! Especially for "At the heart of the computer" Children are having fun outside but this program is not serious enough compared to the promise made

Our son has dreamed of it for years, TELLIGO allowed him to discover the west coast of the United States ... he returned enchanted and still "stunned" by everything he saw and experienced ... He does not yet realize ... Each day, he evokes a memory of this fabulous trip. A flawless organization, a wonderful director and animator! This is an unforgettable stay which he will talk about all his life.

Very good first colo for my 8 year old son. He went to Derval for "Les P'tits Curieux", and came back delighted. He learned a lot of things, the entertainers were great, the food was perfect (especially the breakfast, apparently !!! 4 kinds of cereal a day, fantastic !!!: D), he loved the evenings, the games, the various animations. Everyday we had a summary of the day in photos on the blog and I saw that the children had fun and that the instructors gave of their person !!! A real good time, my son wants to remake a Telligo colo soon. Thank you so much !
