Sometimes you're lucky and you get helped immediately, and sometimes there's a long queue. But this is a very effective branch, and they were always very helpful
The worst experience ever. There is a fraudulent account that was opened with Telkom have been battling from last year to clear the listing have called the call center on 10213 spoke to Desmond Rabalago so called Manager of the call center who promised to call me today at 10 am it is now 1:37pm no email or call. Went to the Telkom Marshall I was attended by Thapelo Golaakwena they couldn't give me complaints or ombudsman contact number to get assistance. Thapelo showed me the email that he sent to follow up on my complaint but this is not enough as I have disputed this from last year . I am very disappointed that it is taking Telkom so long to look a complaint this has been ongoing from 2018 it is now May 2019 I have email trails from last year not once did I get feedback or a call from Telkom I don't think I will get any response from this review at least people will know what pathetic service you get from Telkom.
Telkom shop does not a phone, can you believe this. Like going to a barber and they don't have a comb. I don't even have stock of sim cards. they told me to come back in Jan 2018

Please update your trading hours. I can see this store open from 7 am during weekdays online. But now I came here at 8'o clock only to see that you're open from 8.30 am
Long lines often but great service and free wifi access
Generally nothing in the Johannesburg CBD is smooth and this establishment is no exception. The staff are lazy and they hokd social conversations instead of attending to the ever-growing and highly static queues. They take there jobs for granted.
Most of the staff don't know what they are doing. I have been misinformed and misled too many timed by Telkom consultants, both on the phone and at the Telkom shops. I have now decided to seek a different service provider.
Nothing more to be said. I am too upset, frustrated and disappointed.
The consultants are quick and effective when it comes to helping the customers choose their different products

Telkom CRESTA, worst service I have ever received. Young, unknowledgeable and have an attitude. Very disappointed. Went in with 81yr old mother to get pensioner rate on landline with the new Wi-Fi phone and they couldn't help us. Were too busy laughing & chatting among themselves. Came away with no help offered. 10123 are just as unknowledgable, get pushed from pillar to post.
Does anyone know how we go about getting the Pensioner rate? Or who we could approach?
Slow moving queues expect to spend 20+ minutes in the store
Situated at corner of Sauer and Main streets and has very friendly staff in the shop who can assist with Telcom products, Telcom sim swaps, porting and sim registration and all to do with Telcom. M impressed with the service i got

The staff is sweet socially, but they don't know how to operate their own system. They further fail to keep their commitments. Yesterday, I ordered a landline, they told me it would be ready midday. I returned midday they informed me to return at 15h00. When I returned, the lady who was assisting me was on lunch, she only returned after 16h00. Upon her return, she said she would finalize it today, and nothing has been done.
Poor service, staff members contradict themselves on promises, do not adhere to what they say to customers, they don't care, I bought a phone and the charger was not working I returned it within 7 days, I was told that the warehouse was closed and should come back in 3 weeks time - when returning back I was told that 7 days has expired and they will not take it. I will never go there again
No parking I packed in front of the shop I was told to move but there were no alternative parking

There's a guy there called Lerato and a lady called Grace, they always assist me with great love and support. I just love them. I have never been treated bad by any of the staff members there they all have a heart of customers.

My Telkom line out of order now for a long time. Despite many reports, still not working. PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC . . . . . .Indefinitely PATHETIC. I so wish a company that will be opposition to Telkom in every aspect - something like completely wireless so that that company don't have to use Telkom lines at all - will come to SA soon!!

They claim to have been offline for a whole week. If only they would have mentioned this before I wasted my time on the q, on the other hand the one cubicle was about to assist people. I'll say lazy ppl who don't care much about service. Very disappointing
The guy who was assisting me was amazing, he went all his way to put a smile on my face. I am really great full for his services after struggling for more than a year to cancel this service.
