There's only one Telkom shop for the whole city. In the " black " malls they've put up useless kiosks. Down with Telkom

APPAULING service !!! cant assist with anything , Systems allways malfunctioning, consultants do not know anything but sales

They don't answer their calls at Telkom JHB CBD.
If you want poor service. Go to Telkom JHB CBD.
They gave me a faulty phone and when i call them back to ask about the status they just ignore you. Also they refuse when i cancel my contract. I had to go to another store.

Terrible service.

Very dissapointed with the service at this branch, went there 4 times just to do a sim swap and it never got done.At least if they made a curtesy call to give me an update everytime they sent me away but no, you have to follow up and keep going back to the store to get the job done.AThis is my 4th visit to this branch and still nothing has been done for me to get my number back. Its been two weeks now. Very frustrating
