Internet connectivity went down on Sunday while they were closed and services were promptly restored first thing Monday morning after a ticket was created in response to the email that I sent to the helpdesk on Sunday. Didn't require an appointment for a Technician to come out as the issue was resolved on the backend. Compared to other ISPs that I've had over the years I would give Telmar 6 stars if I could for this experience as I didn't have to wait a few days to get an appointment that requires you to be home for several hours waiting on a technician to show up at the end of a four hour window.
