After eight years with this company we switched service to our local cable provider. They charged us with an early terminatioon fee after eight years of service saying that it applies to all renewals as well. They are very difficult to get a hold of in customer service and they do not return phone calls when we questioned the early termination fee. Instead they charged us a late fee while we tried to get the problem solved. Buyer beware of this business and please read the fine print.

They are a great company to work with. High level of Integrity and they truly know the business .

I don't know what these other reviews are about because Telegration is a great place to work if you are willing to put the work in. I have worked at Telegration for 3 years now and I love it. I cannot say that it is easy working here - you will constantly be challenged to learn a new skill or to take on another project but the executive management team has your best interest at heart and will support you during your entire journey at Telegration.

If you are looking to make a change and have an impact on the company you work for, work for Telegration.

Telegration set up and (un) coordinated our company s switch to ATT fiber and use of an IP phone system. They chose the service speed required and set it up with ATT. It was wrong and they had ATT upgrade the speed which included a different modem. They never returned the old modem (or told us to) and ATT has charged us for a year of double service. Telegration will not take any responsibility as ATT will only refund a partial portion of the unused service. Prior to this fiasco, we went through multiple representatives and tech support and the timeframe was painfully slow. chaos is the best description I can give for this company; flying by the seat of their pants is another.
