It's a good platform for the Freshers...being a fresher we need a platform where our knowledge can be nurture and TNS is now of that platform..it provides good environment for the trainees...which include both practical and theoretical knowledge....

Management not at all good especially in the eastern zone circle...Salary & TA,DA issues are plenty...

Never trust these frauds they will take 30000 from u for nothing . I bet all yoh have sound knowledge than so called their trainers(espacilally manish) They doesn't knkw what they are teaching they are just dictating the old PPTs copied from different institutions They will offer you to work as labour for 11k and you have to climb 5 to 6 towers everyday . They will never give u money for shifting location. And i guarantee you will not remain for 10 days at 1 location. The work hou are doing there has nothing to do with enginering . Everything is just a labour work. Dont get traped by tgese frauds. They dont have any contracts they are begging third parties for projects. In short you are going to make your life hell if u ll join them. Do check details from those who are working from years with them. They are still getting 15 thousand. Never make ur life hell by working with them

Hmm........i am working with telecom network solution for last 2 year its is a very nice company to play a long inning ....even most of the employee work here complete 5 or 10 year,work environment is very peaceful ........they supported me in my running activity also i have completed many of half marathon to promote my company :RUN FOR TNS"AND "WORK FOR TNS"..

Telecom Network Solutions is a good organization to start career in telecom industry.

You are going to do biggest mistake by joining these frauds. They will tell u about their contracts with erricson and samsung but in reality they are beggers. Before you even think to waste yout time and money do confirm from those who are already working with them. There are employees with over 4 years of experience they are still doing RF and are getting salary around 18000. At the time of joining sagar ###### along with shilpa will try to brainwash u. I am damm sure every student will have much better knowledge than their so called trainer (Manish) he doesn't even know what he is teaching espacilly his english(lol). Dont get trapped by fake reviews. They ask students to write good reviews then only they will give you certificate or so called tower climbing labour job. They wasted my 3 months and at the end they will tell u to take photos from towers which is actually work of regers. They will pay you 11000 pm for this labour work and you have to relocate everysecond day to other states no matter what is the condition they will never ever pay you for relocating and accommodation. They dont have any contracts with erricson or samsung they are begging third parties for some projects. In short you life will be screwed if you will join them. Thank me after confirming details from previous employees or from those who are working.
PS. IF YOU HAVE NO GOAL IN LIFE THEN ONLY JOIN THEM AND MAKE UR LIFE MISERABLE.

Very nice place for telecom training. All trainers are well experienced & excellent technically sounded in TNS. Special thanks to Namita Madam, Dikshant Sir , Shoeb Sir , Abdul Sir , Madhavi Madam for their full & special guidance. I am now 100% confident that a simple Layman who don't have any knowledge of telecom .after training in TNS in just about 30 days he/she will excel in telecom sector. Also special thanks to TNS Management team like Shipra Madam(whole & soul for new candidate), Sagar Sir , Prerna Madam. Now I am placed in TNS for GET profile after undergoing training & certification.
In nutshell, TNS is best platform for a bright success in telecom sector. So just grab this opportunity as fast as possible.

1st of all... U have to climb on tower. And somewhere it feels bad when u will climb on tower after completing ur graduation specially b. Tech guy.. No doubt ur salary will come on time. But ye log survey mein daily tower chadhhate hain. Or agar galti se Los mil gaya toh.... Phir matlab daily do se teen tower chadhna padegaa. Specially gujrat coordinator (ashok) .. So never try to join tns after completing ur b. Tech . Try to get atlest office job its my personal experience . The second thing is ye log training ke naam pe sirf theory padhhatee hain.. Jabki tumhe tower chadhne aana chhahiye . Ek deen mein 400 km travel karne aana chhahiye in any situation .. So lastly I want to tell u that ur life gine stuck in this company.... So never join

The Organization is doing a brilliant work in shaping young engineers/freshers like us into able corporate employees. TNS in particular have given us training, keeping in structure both theoretical knowledge and most importantly field knowledge of Telecom Industry which we gain from several attachments we are send with senior engineers, before taking on the field / survey individually. Precise trainings on latest softwares and tools in which Telecom Industries are working , were given to us with individual hand-on practise sessions, and specialized classes were taken on EHS ( EMPLOYEE HEALTHY AND SAFETY).
After giving 45 days of hard-core training and taking several interviews of the employees to judge how ready we are and how much we have to work on our skills more precisely, so that while working under Customer Company we do not face any problems , not just while staying in TNS but in future if we shifted to some other telecom compnay.
One thing I can be rest assure is that I am in right place to build my future in Telecom Industry and in general for beginners TNS gives the best exposure to the current market scenario of Telecom and keep us updated on which ever projects we will be working upon.
The office infrastructures are excellent and is well equipped and the working environment is very friendly and cooperative towards freshers.

I was an ITP student recruit by my favourite sagar sethi sir but resign the company shortly after joining because i was unable to climb on tower because of my health issue... the one who loves travelling and want life to be adventurous should join tns.. and lastly thank you sagar sethi sir and dixhant sir for your knowledge n ambient support you provided me during my stay .. thank you sir...

IT manager is not to know about technology and hr department do fake commitment. He never give to last moths salary. My one month salary due on tns.

Tns management system is worst. I am going to collect a cheque but they can't reply me. My 2 hours wast. Persion name is Mr Amit (admit ) who doesnt give any response I told someone else they say that is Mr Amit work. If person do there work honestly so there is no need of this kind of reviews.

It's good but it is a institute which provide basic training of telecommunication sector charge fees so beaware about it

Course content is good..
Theory classes, practical and field knowledge given by Manish Jha sir are very helpful and easy to learn.

The education system is good here but here in TNS there is no job
