I work at my office and at home having an working internet connection is vital for me. Recently I have been experiencing my internet connection cutting out randomly. I tried the old trick of turning it off and on again but that did not fix the issue. I contacted Time Warner Cable and they sent a technician out the following day and they were unable to fix the issue and said it was an issue with my own personal equipment but was not specific on what exactly it could be. After having a bad experience with TWC my colleague referred me to tekRESCUE. I called and was greeted by Celina, who was very friendly and informative. She was able to get a technician out to my house the same day. Jeremy, the technician that was sent to my house was a character, he was funny and very knowledgeable. He fixed the issue that TWC was unable fix and also broke down the issue to where I could understand; I actually learned a lot from what he told me. My computer had been acting slow, which I thought was because it is old. I had him take a look at it in which he was able to clean it up. He told me he found a number of viruses and junk programs that were that he cleaned it up. Ultimately, the amount of superb professionalism and kindness they presented blows any tech service I've experienced, and I've had a lot of computer issues in my day. Now my internet is stable and my computer is working like it did when I first bought it. I will definitely recommend tekRESCUE.
