I needed to file a chapter 13 and went to Brady since he was close. I finished 2 years early and asked for a total amount to get it done. After calling and emailing for over a month, we finally got a number. We procured the money and after paying it off he called us to his office and told us we owed him $4000 more because his people didn't bill for some hours 2 years prior. He also said we needed to pay to file an advisory proceeding which was even more money. The court denied his request for more money. We fired him got a new lawyer to do the advisory and found it wasn't needed at all! This guy is a swindler. His office staff is incompetent and rude. Do not use him. If you are in Riverside area use Paul Lee, he was reasonable and efficient.
My overall experience with John F. Brady was just a breeze right from the first phone call to his office till the my qualification for chapter 7. All my questions were answered clearly, he sounded very knowledgeable all through the meetings and the conversations we had. John along with his staff instilled a confidence in me and have been very supportive throughout. They were able to qualify me for chapter 7 when everyone refused. I cannot thank you guys enough.
