I can t remember the last time I encountered such outstanding customer service as I did today by the team at Techworks. By telephone Luke was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed. On arrival at the Service Centre Ronnie went out of his way to help me. My microwave was fixed while I waited - the explanation of the problem and level of service was beyond impressive. From the time the player was picked up, the change made and to returning the Blu-ray player to me within the space of a few days has highlighted that your customer service was nothing short of exceptional! I spent half a day travels to TecWorks as my phone was experiencing battery charge faults.
After 2 days fiddling with my phone, reception advised me the techs did not find any problems and to bring my adapters and charging cables for testing.
Receptionist tells me cables and adapters are fine. I insist there is an issue and to overlook it.
Reception was in a hurry to kick me out so i left.
I go home, test my adapter and there is a yellow emergency warning when charging which the "techs" seemed to have tested and concluded that there was no issue.
Worked out the problem through a local tech store "Dr Phone Fix" in Campsie. The friendly staff member, which was most helpful and being it Good Friday , gave the time and effort which tecworks staff members & techs did not.
For a Samsung affliated repair company I am disapointed by the service and assistance I received.
