I can t remember the last time I encountered such outstanding customer service as I did today by the team at Techworks. By telephone Luke was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed. On arrival at the Service Centre Ronnie went out of his way to help me. My microwave was fixed while I waited - the explanation of the problem and level of service was beyond impressive. Can t rate Ronnie highly enough. Thank you
