Completely unwilling to discuss pay. Refused to provide a pay raise, even after over a year of valuable service to one of their biggest clients in St. Louis. They communicated often about useless things, but never could tell me details on my contract. They never notified me when it was extended, and they refused to search for higher paying roles for me unless I were to get fired from the current client. They truly only care about the money; stay far, far way.
I've been a contractor with Technology Partners for 1 yr now. This firm is one of the best out there in the Recruiting field. Their staff are incredibly personable and professional. They do not treat you like a quota number but rather work to understand your skills and passions and which companies align with those.
