I spoke with Adam Hall today to order some food in my state. I didn t realize it would be a call center! My experience was absolutely amazing! He was friendly, comically and a wonderful soul to encounter! I did not end up ordering my food because I needed delivery, however the level of customer service we received was top notch! Thank you Adam, you deserve a raise!!

Former employee, all they care about is numbers. They want you to put aside the human part and talk to people other than taking orders. They say they are family friendly not true I have children and I couldn t even call off for a throwing up child who needed his mother. Very high stress with the employees not the customers. I can t place orders over the phone anymore when I place an order for myself and family I have to make sure that the call center doesn t take my order. I can go on and on about how terrible this company is. DO NOT APPLY it is a waste of time. If 0stars was an option that s what I would rate it

I think it's a job. The training could definitely be better and allow your people to get familiar with the dang menu before you throw them on a live call. Some of the restaurants have 10 page long menu's and expectation of someone to learn that all in one day with how you want things processed is ridicules. Pay is really low so only do if you need the extra cash.

I worked for this company for over a year. A great company to work for, and really good people to work with. The company provides the equipment so you can work at home, which was a super awesome perk for me. I had no prior experience doing call center work but had done restaurant work my whole life.
And that is where I had the problem. The job isn't hard, but I could not sit on my butt all day, every day. It was killing me, literally. I waited tables my whole life. I have to be physically moving. I did it as long as I could. If you don't mind sitting on your butt all day every day I highly recommend Synq3.

Very un professional buissiness. Every time I call people are very rude and sarcastic. They are un helpful in every aspect and hang up on people and then block calls. Everyone I've spoken too has an attitude that they dont care about anything. I couldn't imagine being a customer or employee of this company.

Orientation today...stuck me in front of a computer. Gave me a packet and told me to follow directions. Ok sounds easy right? No not at all their packet was unclear and written poorly. If you asked for help the guy said "hey follow directions if you can't I dont know what to tell you"! I told him if the directions were clear and concise I would. He replied "having an attitude isn't going to help". I was never rude, I simply stated facts that the directions were unclear. They were shoving us out the door while trying to get us through the first 7 pages. The rudest set of people I've ever met in my life!!! Don't waste your time going there.

I worked here for 3 1/2 years. It is definitely one of the most memorable places I have listed on my resume! A really interesting business with great opportunities to start or further your career in a wide variety of fields.

If you're happy working from home doing front-line work, taking orders and interacting with people, there is plenty of that to go around. There are also more traditional back office departments looking for talent - workforce management, training, operations management, IT, and QA, to name a handful. For certain positions, they also offer mentor/mentee programs for folks that are interested in making a change.

The leadership team does an outstanding job keeping the business focused and motivated in a space that changes constantly. You've all watched Kitchen Nightmares. Imagine that chaos, but constantly, multiplied by several thousand restaurants, and you get the picture. There's a lot to juggle, and seconds (sometimes tenths of a second!) matter - sounds really dramatic, but you need to be able to pay attention to detail in quite a fast paced environment if you want to be successful here.

Long story short, it is what you make of it. My career, my skills, and my overall quality of life improved because of the opportunities and challenges I helped tackle here. Of course your mileage may vary, but I met more than a few successful folks during my time here and they came from all walks of life.
