I was able to work for Takumi for about 9 months. My vehicle caught fire out side of work & I didn't have w way to get work. Due to that event I could no longer work for them. I took the case # from the SAFD and thankfully I can go back when I get an other vehicle. I did enjoy my employment. I got hired on, receive benefits and bonuses. Bonuses where always there on the second check of the month and never had issues on my check. hopefully I will get back in the next couple of months or less. This was by far my favorite place of employment.

Always have people in the office and finding HR or any of the bosses is easy

I'm not gonna lie...i enjoy my job....my boss is always double checking my work...but that only makes me want to be better...everyone is cool....if you have a shity attitude then it might not work out for you....

Thank you for a great place to work and treating us like people. Thank you for the Thanksgiving Luncheon. It was great!!!

Terrible place to work. I currently work at Takata, which isn't great but better than Takumi. A lot of employees at Takata are former employees of Takumi.

Training is easy, its common sense. Unlike in the welding area sometimes you will have some people who love or hate there job I guess it just depends. Would recommend if you start working here to move up to senior only because some set uppers are slower and the team leader is strict
