I have NEVER been so disgusted with the service somewhere in my life. I would urge people to NEVER take their computer's there. I brought mine in October of last year for a cracked screen. Pretty routine. Not only did it take them ALMOST 7 MONTHS TO FIX...the guy had cut a pretty important part of my screen off so that the touch no longer worked. They never offered a refund AND never actually fixed the computer. I ended up taking it elsewhere where it was returned to me completely fixed in 3 days. I will tell everyone I know never to use this place.
Absolutely horrible experience. I have a top of the line gaming computer, and after taking it to these guys to remove a virus, it is now the slowest machine I have ever used. I might as well be using my old 286 with a dialup connection. Consistently, it literally takes over 10 minutes for boot up and login, and websites take forever to load, when they used to pop right up. And all this cost nearly $300 and took almost 2 weeks to do the job. Thanks for turning my PC into a boat anchor, guys!
