The Foresters Team were amazing! Securing finance is always a stressful time. They were kind, courteous and kept me informed every step of the way. I now have a laptop to complete my studies. Thank you!

Incompetant..rude..useless and arrogant..i strongl...

Incompetant..rude..useless and arrogant..i strongly advise steering well clear of the morons at this company..
I have had the most horrible experience and would hate to see others go through the same..if this is regular conduct for this company im shocked theyre in business..i stupidly (hind sight is great) went through FORESTERS..They are near impossible to get on the phone and DON'T return calls..even though their site states if you have queries please call..When i did eventually get through i was quite abruptly told by OLIVER that phone calls are annoying and hold up processing applications..his attitude had me in tears being made feel as though i was a scab borrowing money from him personally and had to terminate the call..they've dragged the application process out over a week (this whole l time i have no fridge)..apparently they are busy and short staffed..yesterday i received an email saying congratulations just click on link below - no link..this happened twice then finally an email with a link came through..in the forms there were both a Centrepay deduction and a Direct Debit request form both for same amounts and dated concurrently..i enquired as to why both needed to be filled out and was told i had to fill out both or the loan would not go ahead however only one form of payment would be taken..they also stated all docs must be returned by snail mail..after some back and forth they agreed to let Centrecare who is an office for them email the forms back for me..i then received an email saying the funds had been forwarded to Joyce Mayne..i walked 5kms in 40 c heat to do paperwork at joyce mayne and collect my goods (who have been lovely even though foresters tried pushing me to go through The Good Guys whos quotes were higher as Oliver claims they have a "deal" with them)..i had arranged for and paid to have someone pick the fridge up that afternoon only to be told when i arrived there that foresters had only forwarded half the funds..Foresters were closed for the day..today ive called them and they (what i believe was Oliver calling himself Mark - The Manager) argued the half amount they sent through was all applied for..application was for $1,200..contract i signed was for $1,200..quote i provided was for a total of $1,196..they sent through a total of $598..after having to get very firm saying i have the quote and the contract etc in front of me and you are wrong he admitted HE stuffed up - however still no apology or ownership..when i asked whats going to be done to rectify the situation he said they would send funds through and hung up before i was able to request a time frame for such..i phoned back and was told he was short staffed so would be at least a few days..maybe next week..(at this point i stopped being nice and did raise my voice)..i contacted ASIC who advised i ask to speak to forresters formal complaints team as a company such as theirs must have one..i phoned back and was laughed at telling me they dont have one..i advised her i was contacting AFCA to which she laughed..speaking to AFCA i was given the name and contact for foresters nominated complaints person (same number ive been calling all along) which was a Mrs Gardener..upon phoning back and requesting to speak to her i was told straight out NO!.!.I was told id be put through to mark..i said i didnt want to speak to "mark"..I wanted to speak to complaints..i was told to hold the line..the line was answered by MARK!.!.he says Mrs Gardener is on leave and wont be able to take my complaint..(makes one wonder if Mrs Gardner even exists or they just block complaints getting to her)..so them and i have signed a legally binding contract that $1,200 be transferred to Joyce Mayne on 06/11/18 which they have breached..no apology..no date of rectification and they then phone Joyce Mayne and bag me out making out this is all my fault..i have logded complaints with ASIC and AFCA..i seriously think this company should be reviewed by the Government as to its suitability to provide this service to the public..

I don't have the best of credit and needed my car ...

I don't have the best of credit and needed my car repaired. The staff at Foresters helped me throughout the whole process, they quickly paid the mechanic direct, so now I'm back on the road. They where fast, simple and lovely to deal with.

They help me now twice Consecutively the first one...

They help me now twice Consecutively the first one was for a car which I own now and it still runs perfectly this time they ve given me alone to get my HR license thanks Forresters I appreciate everything you have done for me I can t say enough good things you have given me the chance to seek my life s goals wich is driving trucks and now I have the chance to achieve it you all are great people thanks again and the repayments are really good too I look forward to speaking with you in the future

Couldn't recommend them, took over a week to respo...

Couldn't recommend them, took over a week to respond to me only to hit my credit file and decline me, so much for "helping" to rebuild a credit history, very blunt replies via email, seems like others, need to have pristine credit to borrow through these guys

Friendly staff, quick to respond to emails and calls. Highly recommended! Nothing was a problem and the whole process was quick and easy. No complaints here whatsoever and a very positive experience for me.
