Saturday I received a call from Jon Williams saying my computer was hacked and used your # 8080 as verificationfrom Tec Support, he did not have correct customer id, he changed it and told me to go to Walmart and get another virus protection for 300 dollors, I did not, and called Tech Drive myself a few days later, today June 19, Emily was very helpful and scanned my computer and got it working properly.Tech Drive makes me feel secure and happy.

They sold a product that has been discontinued over a year ago, and charged an insanely low price for a very expensive product, that failed only a few weeks later and now they want more money to connect!? You're joking! SCAM 100%

I feel like this is a computer scam and I intend to report them to the BBB. I had a warning come up on my computer that stated that I had been hacked and that my computer needed to be cleaned and restore and update my security. I couldn't even do anything on my computer. They deactivated the keys on my computer so I couldn't even get away from the page that was telling me I needed to update my security and firewall. Needless to say I am not a techy person so I bought into it. They charged me $229.00 just a month ago, and today I had another warning come up from them saying that my security is out of date and needs to be updated for $24.95 but if I do it now they will take off $5. What a scam. I plan to call my bank tomorrow and file a report and try to get my money back into my account. Just looked it up on Google maps, and it appears to be run out of someones house. Do not trust this sight.

The tech cleaned up the mess the scammer did to my lap top yes I do feel that this company is a safe place to help with my lap top they are very helpfull.

This is an offshore online tech support, service is terrible. They will change the terms of agreements on you down the line and most defiantly not provide any warranty for their work. Technicians have deleted personal files off the computer and have left the repair mid session. Keep in mind your credit card can only reverse the charge for 120 days (VISA in my case) which leave them with no obligation to provide the year long service as paid for. STAY AWAY THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!!!

Working with James has been a delight. His English skills are exceptional. We have had many challenges from going to QuickBooks on line to QuickBooks desktop and he has been there every step of the way. It is comfortable knowing that he is always available when we need assistance.
