Complained to called head office for franchise Mcdonalds . Such a bad customer service . Emailed them never replied . Called them after another issue , got told will call you back after 20 minutes . Such a shame for McDonald to hand over their name to these kind of runners , who they do not have any value for customers except their pocket being full . Had issue with food so many time related to appt cooperation , but very poor response .I strongly suggest whoever had issue with food , should complain direct to Finchley head office at-least they respond to your complain .

The worst McDonalds experience in Europe. Yes, in Europe, as NOWHERE, in ANY McDonalds in other European countries, I have never experienced constantly missing products. I order from this McDonalds quite often and EVERY SINGLE TIME something is missing. I order by Uber Eats, so obviously I can do nothing, when the food arrive, except request a refund and being gutted. I was complaining at the restaurant about it, not once, not even twice, however it looks like this franchise lives by its own chaotic rules. Avoid it, especially if you are in a hurry, don't waste your time on drive thru, to end up coming back asking for the rest of your order. Don't even bother with ordering online, as then you will have to spend your precious time for asking for the refund. Can't believe it's always "an accident", I have never seen any place like this, completely careless.
