So over rated! All pretty pictures but falls very short on the implementation. Not to mention expensive.

We can t rate Tim Davies and TDL high enough. Their ideas turned our home to gold. Carrying out renovations is at best stressful and complicated. TDL made this project enjoyable and exciting with end result a beautiful and amazing home and garden. It also added a great deal of value to our home. The crew were easy to talk to and discuss ideas with then they transformed ideas into reality. Highly recommend Tim and TDL to everyone who is after a professional and awesome result.

They damaged my property, when I complained to have it repaired they repaired it but then on their final visit damaged it again. After raising this with their team they said they will no longer mow the lawns and parted ways, then they sent me the bill and threatended leagal action if I didn't pay. I wasn't going to write this review as I don't like leaving bad ratings to local businesses, and I am sure they will have something to say about how unreasonable I am as a customer because I expected damaged property to be repaired or promises to be kept. Very disappointing after spending over $60k on landscaping with this company.

This applies to everyone from the work teams, the designers, and the individuals dealing with office administration tasks who have all performed at the highest level.
When the unexpected has occurred (bore pumps breaking down, storm damage to boundary walls, reticulation issues) the subcontractors who work with TDL have proved to be just as reliable and effective. In turn when we have needed TDL to work with other contractors, such as our builders, they have collaborated in a way which has shown mutual respect and cooperation.
Whatever the circumstances have required, TDL has come through for us time and again. I can and do recommend them wholeheartedly.

Was very disappointed with my lawn and reticulation experience with Tim Davies Landscaping. The lawn was not very evenly laid from the beginning and the watering was not even resulting in some parts of the lawn not receiving a proper watering. I had Gavin come out to assess it and I must say that Gavin is very pleasant and offered me advice on how to rectify the problems. Taking his advice, we fertilized the lawn and replaced some reticulation heads but overall, it is still unsatisfactory. The vegetable patch also receives uneven watering.

Having just built our own home for the first time, it was very important to us that we had the perfect garden to compliment the design of our house and also make the most of our tricky block. TDL were the exact right choice. Professional, creative and diligent - we also love the fact that they are a one stop shop and could coordinate the whole project. We receive daily compliments about our beautifully designed and healthy garden from neighbours and passersby - so thank you TDL!
