Do not work at the millersville office. It is chaotic at best. Horrible turnover and retention rate. Horrible work environment. Horrible managers who are both bad at managing their employees and their clients. They micromanage you to death yet dont do their own jobs. You will not make more than your base here and you will not enjoy working here. The people on the floor are awesome and its unfortunate that the managers suck so bad. They fire someone/someone quits literally evey week. They blame recruiters for their poor management and they lack communication. They treated us horribly and the CEOs never seem to notice or care. They definitley do not value employees in the slightest- they just need a couple bodies in there. Beware of lauren milligan, melissa galaz, and even nikki kapp.....
