Fast response, great customer service, and they explain tech matters in a way I can understand.

I used Tech Guru a couple years ago to set-up and install new computers in our office. They did a good job then, but I have called/emailed them several times in the past 12-15 months to do more installation and have never gotten a response. Disappointing

Sometimes people hesitate to hire experts, but every time I've worked with the Gurus it's paid off. It's like having the old Konami cheat code for life. BA Start up. Okay, bad pun, but seriously they don't just fix things they set you up to grow with less pain and more gain. Okay, I gotta stop. Love their customer service and omnipresent attitude. A+
