Very deceptive car dealership! Do not use!
I had applied with Capital One only for a Jeep at this location and Joe Koubek was my rep. He called me to get info to finalize the application for the Capital One loan.

However the next thing I knew my credit was shotgunned to multiple lenders without my consent. When I contacted Joe regarding this he stated he knew he never told me he would pull it multiple times but he just did it. Absolutely not acceptable and against all credit consumer laws. This dealership should inform a customer that credit would be pulled multiple times. I never filled out an application with this dealership so the fact that they did it is absolutely out of line.

I have contacted the Texas Attorney General and I suggest any persons with issues from this company do the same.

Went in there for oil change and it was quick and easy process. They did accept competition couple. Also checked out some new cars while there.

I really enjoyed my buying experience here! The salesman made it a point to make me feel comfortable and was very flexible! He took me on the BEST TEST DRIVE EVER! He really knew about the car and showed me what my blazer was capable of! I have to admit that he gave me hope and faith in dealerships again! I understand that dealerships have to make money as well. However, I think more should adopt this salesman s business model of customer service!

I arrived at my appointment time, you were very busy. I spoke with the service advisor, and took a seat in the waiting room. I was told an hour wait, but I was very surprised at how quickly my oil change and wheel rotation was done. Kelly Moon was very helpful, I always ask for him.

Service was completed quickly and efficiently with smiles all around. I m looking to upgrade my vehicle in the next year and my husband s lease will be coming to term as well, and we look forward to working with Huffines! I highly recommend this dealership! We live in Oklahoma and fell in love with a vehicle at Huffines Chevrolet. Our salesman, Lane, took great care of us and made the buying process the easiest we've EVER experienced with a dealership. After buying the vehicle and getting back home, the brand new vehicle started having some electrical problems. After our local Chevy dealer looked it over and talked to GM, the decision was made to return the vehicle to Texas. The manager at Huffines, Tony, was in constant communication with us throughout this process and went above and beyond to make everything right (even though they weren't at fault). They were able to find another vehicle for us and Lane drove it all the way from Lewisville to Tulsa, Oklahoma. We were able to sign the new paperwork in our home and Lane took the first vehicle away. Amazing service that went above and beyond! Go see Lane and Tony!

Marcus was fantastic before I even came in. I had been communicating with other dealerships and Marcus earned my business by being attentive and responsive. Not only was he understanding about my need to expedite the process but he was very personable and friendly. This was by far my easiest and simplest car purchase ever thanks to Marcus and the gentleman who set up my financing. They were both very understanding of what I needed and made the process extremely smooth!

I was from out of state but was able to make a deal over the phone via calls, text, and email. Made the deal and decided to make the trip. Once I got there, my salesman was there and waiting to assist me. There were no surprises once I went to sign the paperwork, everything went as agreed on before arrival.
