12pm appointment. Didn t start til 1:30pm. Plus they re real tough on your equipment. My tandems are to the rear and it felt like 8.0 earthquake while they were loading my trailer. Load was only 15,000lbs. No need to be so negligent guys

It was a name confusion on my GPS. I was looking for Smithfield's but instead it came up to Stefano. I'm not sure if the company has been bought out or.. But they definitely need to replace the sign outside the warehouse.
Beware know your temperatures b4 loading here. You might come here thinking your load should be 30F and it's 0F. Also, truckers avoid Weststone dr.....low power lines and there's no sign for low clearance or no trucks.
For the truckers. Absolutely no overnight parking on premises. You might be able to park on the street, but I am not too familiar with NC or Charlotte laws and truck restrictions in area.
No restrooms. They will kick you out if you enter the building.
No good place for truck drivers, they take to long to load and unload, the gate fron street is closed all time like a base of army....
Showed up 30 mins before appt time. Was docked in 20 mins pulled out an hour later. 0 complaints from me
This place is now owned by Smithfield Foods. Enrico has another company in Belmont, de pollo, he is no longer involved with Stefano Foods in any way Smithfield has done a great job in turning things around bringing things up to a higher standard and "demoting" the people that were in charge. great job.
