A brilliant opera venue; perhaps the best opera house in the World. The acoustics (at the three different places I sat in the Orchestra section) were excellent. Sight-lines are also good everywhere, although perhaps some of the usual problems in some of the boxes. The staff are friendly, efficient and plentiful. Interval drinks service excellent with speedy delivery and plenty of room to socialise. The productions are first rate with excellent casts. A true 5-Star opera house.

Not to mention the splendor of the performance and the performers, the staff's correspondence is world class.

Despite the crowds, you can walk around this magnificent theater and with an audio guide the explanations are impressive. To do because mythical place of the great Calas.

A visit out of the classic suggested tours that instead deserves. The theater, just like the phoenix, has risen from its ashes as it has been rebuilt as it was before the fire. An application that can be downloaded for free from the audio guide during the visit

The most beautiful thing I saw on my trip to Venice! Go for a tour. Or better yet, go for an opera. I saw Madame Butterfly and was blown away. A friend and I went to the box office the day before the performance and they had marked some 200 Euro seats on the main floor down to 100.

This is an absolute highlight in Venice, the famous theater shines with its performances.
It is a pleasure to be transported back in time. The royal box is the center of the theater. Memories of the opera stars of bygone days live here again. Top address for opera lovers.

Sensational! Glorious! Unique! You don't have to buy the expensive tickets to see this beauty. An artwork! We were at the "magic potion". That was just great! A program here cost 12. It is expensive. In Hamburg, for example, a program cost 2.50. To enjoy some sparkling wine or an aperitif here is also expensive! We can also see live how an Italian made a marriage proposal to his pearl during the break. It was very touching. @
