Nothing more beautiful than enjoying the best theater in the world. And he is Argentine.

The tour is worth it. It is a huge theater and very ornate. There are at least 7 levels for the public ending on the 6th floor called paradise because it is high and the 7th called the chicken coop and it is standing room only. The tour is informative. For two, we paid 1600 pesos or $40USD.

Wonderful place, well worth going to if you attend an opera, concert or simply visit. Highly recommend.

A shame that they sell something called side talk and put q has "partial view": DO NOT SEE ANYTHING AND POINT, should I say that you can not sell an entry to SEE a show where you can NOT SEE ANYTHING? Bear in mind that they do not charge 5 pesos for this location crap. Not to mention that you could access the row of only one of the ends of it and the knees were embedded against a railing. Dangerously, if something happens, you can not leave quickly, especially the people left at the other end of the line. Shame and abuse.

This is one of the most beautiful opera houses that I ve been to in the world. I ve been to about four of the top 10. I would have to say that this is my number one favorite. It has so much art and beauty. The architecture is phenomenal. It is influenced by multiple countries. The stories behind the opera house are wonderful. They have Spanish-speaking tours every 15 minutes. I did the 2 PM English tour. Our tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable. This is a must see if you are in Buenos Aires!!! Pictures do not do justice. Absolutely beautiful!

Walking distance from my hotel. 50 minute tour with English speaking guide. Beautiful facility. Unfortunately no performances while I am here. We did see workers making scenery for April 4 ballet Don Quiote.
