Nothing more beautiful than enjoying the best theater in the world. And he is Argentine.
Nothing more beautiful than enjoying the best theater in the world. And he is Argentine.
The tour is worth it. It is a huge theater and very ornate. There are at least 7 levels for the public ending on the 6th floor called paradise because it is high and the 7th called the chicken coop and it is standing room only. The tour is informative. For two, we paid 1600 pesos or $40USD.
Wonderful place, well worth going to if you attend an opera, concert or simply visit. Highly recommend.
A shame that they sell something called side talk and put q has "partial view": DO NOT SEE ANYTHING AND POINT, should I say that you can not sell an entry to SEE a show where you can NOT SEE ANYTHING? Bear in mind that they do not charge 5 pesos for this location crap. Not to mention that you could access the row of only one of the ends of it and the knees were embedded against a railing. Dangerously, if something happens, you can not leave quickly, especially the people left at the other end of the line. Shame and abuse.
A lot of glamor, little warmth and ethics
One of the most beautiful places I have ever seen in person.
Mandatory stop if you are in Buenos Aires. A super picturesque place, full of history and art.
Beautiful place, with wonderful structure. Place with a lot of history
Very beautiful building, there's a nice tour of the premises (they don't take you backstage, which would be even nicer) that's a must.
Accessible walk and apparently the schedules are fulfilled well. Sometimes you get to the place and you can not observe the room well. But I recommend it anyway
Beautiful! Worth knowing. It is wonderful! Large, comfortable seats.
Great one of those great nights that you don't forget
A theater with a lot of history its architecture is beautiful, I could go to two functions the acoustics of this theater is incredible, its internal decorations are beautiful, prices are accessible.
Really impressive.
Very well maintained structure.
Open visit to the purchase of tickets on site or on the website.
The visit takes place in a group and with an established time when the ticket is purchased.
Possible to choose the language in the purchase.
It has well-trained guides that tell the story of the theater.
When I made the visit I was in the audition period, which reveals a show to the part since it is possible to admire the theater during its operation.
We went on a guided tour and we know the whole interior of the Colon Theater, which has an admirable architecture, and an acoustics considered one of the best in the world. It is certainly one of the places to include in the travel script when you go to Buenos Aires.
Place with lots of history, visited by many world celebrities
Beautiful place! The guided tour leaves you with pleasure but do it! The place is amazing!
Fantastic! Be sure to visit this theater because it is an incredible architecture.
Wonderful, environment that breathes history and culture! It is worth checking the options of free performances in the theater, with special attention to the times of distribution of the tickets.
Beautiful historic building, side entrance but it is absolutely necessary to book visits otherwise you will not enter
Beautiful! Nice place! Enjoy the recital of coffee tacuva symphonic from beginning to end.
Excellent winter proposals. All very friendly And ka cafeteria has reasonable prices
This is one of the most beautiful opera houses that I ve been to in the world. I ve been to about four of the top 10. I would have to say that this is my number one favorite. It has so much art and beauty. The architecture is phenomenal. It is influenced by multiple countries. The stories behind the opera house are wonderful. They have Spanish-speaking tours every 15 minutes. I did the 2 PM English tour. Our tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable. This is a must see if you are in Buenos Aires!!! Pictures do not do justice. Absolutely beautiful!
For the place itself and for the acoustics, excellent sound.
Sublime experience for theater lovers, ballet, beautiful, very well preserved, beautiful place where you can breathe the history of the great artists who passed through here
I loved the visit. I would have liked to spend more time in Buenos Aires to be able to attend a function. The next will be.
Our excellent guide.
A show I recommend !!! I went on a Friday and got tickets to visit on Sunday, it's free. I would go shopping for a show to watch the night, but it was already sold out. on Sunday as early 11 HS I thought it was just a visit and we were surprised that there was a show, symphony orchestra loved it ....
A national pride because it is one of the best theaters in the world and we can always enjoy it with works of great category, renowned artists with impeccable staging. A place to always go.
Beautiful place, luxury shows, and always good attention
Beautiful place, good attention, spacious .. A little hot but nothing more.

Wonderful theater and a range of quality performances that surprise us.
Beautiful building, excellent maintenance. Congratulations!
The most incredible theater I visit. Unique style Example of the World architecture and I'm short. You have to visit it. Tourist visits are made (the info is on the Internet) but it is worth visiting and seeing some work.
It is a beautiful place, wonderful, both to see a work, or simply a guided tour ... or have a coffee, has magic and a unique construction I always come back ......... always.
It is one of the best theaters in the world. The best acoustics said by a technical study conducted at the great theaters and by a survey of singing and concert directors 53% chose the colon. In addition, his stable body is recognized as of the highest quality in the world. I love him since my childhood. It is a pride for Argentines.
The best acoustics in the world in classical opera. Awesome. As for its architecture a delight to see. Entirely restored, it has nothing to envy to the best classic theaters in the world. You have to visit it.
Incredibly beautiful and exciting !!!
Tchaikosvsky Swan Lake
So very beautiful. The tour is very informative and well worth the time.
Is beautiful. I went to an event in the golden room. A marvel
The sample of Le Parc, in the Colon, is simply wonderful.
Walking distance from my hotel. 50 minute tour with English speaking guide. Beautiful facility. Unfortunately no performances while I am here. We did see workers making scenery for April 4 ballet Don Quiote.
Spectacular theater for children from 18 to 24 months
Absolutely beautiful, recommending. They make tours of it every day 500 university tickets and grandparents pay half.
So much beauty makes you want to cry
Greatest opera theater in LA, one of the best in the world. Absolutely astonishing acustic
Emblematic place of the beautiful Buenos Aires ... center and cradle of the International Music of World Recognition ..! That is the Colon Theater of Buenos. !!!!
This is a beautiful place to visit if you are visiting Buenos Aires. The cost of admission to the guided tour could be more accessible.
Beautiful place.
I did the guided tour in English and it was very good, the value of 600 pesos was worth it!
Most beautiful theatre in the world! A must place to go!
Imperdible of Buenos Aires. To any tourist I recommend booking seats for a show and avoid taking the tourist guide. It can be just as expensive and one takes more than a simple tour.
Historic theater of great national and international recognition. Unforgettable.
Beautiful place!!! Interesting for those who like art and mainly theater. It is located on Avenida 9 de Julio, in the heart of Buenos Aires. You have to go in to take a tour. It's huge but, well worth a visit. On average, the visit takes one to two hours with a guide.
Very good, I liked it.
We should all have the chance to know this wonder! And see some function! Its beautiful! Impressive acoustics
In addition to a historical monument, an absolute beauty! Safety pin
The tour is a must of the Opera house and when the guide pulled the curtains back to the auditorium, it took my breath away.
The truth is that I always heard wonders of this place and checked it. A spectacular sound, the staging, the ballet. A place that you have to know sometime in life.
For the warmth of the place and the kindness of its people
It is the perfect time machine, which moves one to the last century for a while to enjoy artists in a majestic and unique environment. A great architectural jewel, generating all the best feelings that every person needs to have. I will return whenever I can to soak up all that revitalizing magic.
Imposing Theater, great and with an imposing interior of baroque and very elegant features.
His presentations are top notch.
I only went to the box office and the attention seemed great. I also liked the restaurant there.
If you come to Buenos Aires and you don't go to the colon
You better not come directly
Beautiful theater
Gorgeous, engaging, perfect acoustics. There are no words to measure. Guaranteed visit in BA.
Excellent acoustic unique infrastructure, overflows beauty
One luxury theater, its acoustics, furniture and magic place make it unique
Beautiful monument to the Argentine culture of the twentieth century.
Excellent acoustics And very good organization to get in and out.
The state of the theater is impeccable, the restoration and conservation tasks, on the occasion of the Bicentennial of the May Revolution, have been excellent. It is one of the best theaters in the world, acoustics are exceptional.
I recommend the guided tours are very good!
