Working within the corporate office was very frustrating, I was constantly being undermined and disrespected. Upper management are bullies and they are not organized as well as practice is unethical behavior. There is very high turnover for it to be such a small office and upper management does not like to take accountability when the team is under performing. Instead of rolling up their sleeves to support the team and allow them to grow an learn they are pointing fingers and talking down to the staff. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever worked at. Note to management take care of your staff and your staff will take care of you.
