Working within the cooperate office in Alexandria was quite the experience. The company truly has potential, but suffers due to those in leadership roles. They compare themselves to a start up company yet they have been in business for over 35 years. Managers do not do a great job at guiding their team towards success. The son who is now the owner of the company lacks professionalism and is extremely arrogant whilst providing terrible leadership. Lastly, there is not much room for growth, benefits aren t great, and they do not match 401k. This is a good place for new grads trying to get their feet wet. Apply at your own risk.
