Best Boat Service Ever!

I've owned my boat for 21 years and I've had lots of opportunity to have repairs done.

On my last trip out, my Port motor started making a strange tapping sound, I feared the worst.

I wasn t sure where to go for repairs as the guy who built the motors has retired, so I asked a boating friend for advice. He suggested Teague Custom Marine. I called and they got me right in (in the middle of Summer) to diagnose the problem.

Surprisingly, only 2 days after dropping the boat off, they had not only diagnosed the problem, but had repaired it. Much to my surprise it was just an exhaust gasket. I was so relieved. But the best part was the bill, it was under $400. I don't think I've ever paid for a repair that didn t start with at least $1,000.

Everyone at Teague was first class, pleasant, helpful, and honest. Ill be back!

Customer service at Teague is second to none. We changed from Bravo to Imco SCX drives and sourced all the parts from Teague. After about 20 phone calls I never felt the staff was frustrated with me(they probably should have been). They were able to answer every little question I had and get me the exact parts I needed for the conversation. A+++++

When I want a trouble free high performance platform, I call TEAGUE! I have a TCM 825 EFI engine with the XR drive in my 29' Lavey NuEra. We love it! Rock solid, 90 mph, even when it is full of gas (a lot of added weight) and family. Keep up the great work.

The team at Teague Custom Marine are simply awesome to deal with. I had both of the 1,200 HP motors in my F32 DCB rebuilt by them and the experience was exceptional. They kept me apprised of how the project was going with routine updates, pictures and phone calls. I visited them unannounced and I found my boat very well protected and taken care of. TCM delivered as promised and I had a simply exceptional experience. I enjoyed a trouble free season with the new engines and I know should I experience a problem they will do whatever is required to take care of the problem.

TCM treats their customers like family and you get that sense the moment you interact with everyone at TCM.

Simply the best!!! Bob and his staff are outstanding! Only place to go for our boat stuff.

This place is awesome. Started up boat 4 days before river trip and had major running problems. Got it over to Teague for service and had it back in a couple days running great. Josh in service got it done just like he said. Had boat there before and great work on my outdrive. Will not bring my boat anywhere else for service. First Met Bob Teague at Key West races and he gave me so much info on my boat in just a short talk. Really helpful. Great place and staff! Definitely recommend to all.

The team at Teague is top notch. They charge hourly rates fairly (no rounding up), their knowledge and experience with every type of boat is unmatched. It is a rare occasion that they don't have whatever you need in stock. All the other shops in town but their parts through Teague.

Wow, if you're a high performance boat lover, this place is better than Disneyland. Huge selection, knowledgeable friendly staff. A++

The Team at Teaque has been a breath of fresh air. These people know their business and really go above and beyond. For me they are a 6 hrs drive each way and well worth it. They fixed handling problems that my boat had since it was new, and nobody else could fix! I also have their Power and all I can say is WOW! Their engines are incredible and they have figured out how to make high performance actually dependable. With Bob and his winning Racing Team, my guess is they've broken more than I ever will and as a result they can build the best engine and drive combinations out there. These guys have the best customer service of any parts store I have ever done business with. We ordered a pair of props one of which had the wrong hub kit(appeared to be an error from mercury) Teague instantly sent out a replacement! I will definitely use again.

I have emailed John Teague many times with questions that i had and i always got a quick response. Customer service is excellent. I have heard nothing but good things about Teague. Keep up the great work.
