Some Tim Horton franchises in Ontario are now advising their staff to not vote Liberal due to the wage increase -this is totally unacceptable. It is time now for a nation-wide ban on Tim Hortons. .I will never again set foot inside one of their restaurants.

The locations have good coffee, service and prices, however, the customer service at head office could be improved. The cleanliness at the locations could be improved upon, as well.

They didn't honour my free donut Roll Up the Rim tab from the Canada 150 event on August 11th, just a few weeks after I got it. How can the company possibly be so stingy? Maybe this is a sign of the Burger King culture.

The unnamed woman manning the reception desk today has a terrible attitude. She talked over me and put me unnecessarily on hold for over one minute as a way to time me out or to force me to hang up. She wanted to control the conversation rather than provide good service.

Used washroom prior to ordering. Bathrooms were a mess. No toilet paper. I asked for a manager and the older lady with glasses asked why I needed a manager. I told her bathrooms need toilet paper. I was told that they are closing in half an hour. I stayed that they had customers using the washrooms still. She walked away. We sat and had our hot chocolate listening to the same woman going potential customers that they were closing in a few minutes. Poor customer relations in Collingwood
