Used washroom prior to ordering. Bathrooms were a mess. No toilet paper. I asked for a manager and the older lady with glasses asked why I needed a manager. I told her bathrooms need toilet paper. I was told that they are closing in half an hour. I stayed that they had customers using the washrooms still. She walked away. We sat and had our hot chocolate listening to the same woman going potential customers that they were closing in a few minutes. Poor customer relations in Collingwood
