Fabulous hotel could not fault anything from staff...
Fabulous hotel could not fault anything from staff, room, food amenities.
Good location for visiting most major sites in Seville. Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to stay again

Hotel is in the Macarena district of Seville about 20 minutes good walking to the centre. The entrance, like a lot of Mediterranean buildings, doesn't look much from the outside but once through the doors the ornate tiling is present in abundance. (See photos attached). Rooms are spacious and are marbled floor to ceiling. The windows too run from floor to ceiling. Beds are firm and comfortable. Some fittings are looking a little tired but everything functioned correctly. Being British though the tea and coffee in the room was missed! Staff speak a range of languages and were always polite and helpful. It was good to see them relaxed and willing to give customers time. Anyone going from England will notice that as soon as a drink is poured there is no measure. Be it wine or spirits the bottle is upended and who knows when they will stop! I had a whisky. My 7 measure was nearly half of a very broad tumbler! In UK a measure would barely have covered the bottom of the glass. Dinner is fine but they have a lot of competition from local bars and eateries and a more varied menu may be found elsewhere. Breakfast though is vast, with hot food, cold food, sweet food, cereals, yoghurts, croissants and a range of breads just to name some items. This list really doesn't do it justice but definitely worth having. Waiting staff again are pleasant and work hard to ensure you are catered for.
Did I enjoy my stay, yes definitely. Would I go again, yes definitely.
Very nice, clean and comfortable.
The staff was somewhat rude, not responding to my "Hello's" or "Goodbye's" as I left and entered the Hotel or the Breakfast Area.
The water temperature in our shower fluctuated constantly from cold to extremely hot. It was impossible to fins a comfortable temperature to shower in.
The hotel is in a decent location, it's clean and provides good value. However the beds weren't as comfortable as I would have liked. Other than that I do recommend it.
Great location, beautiful patio, great food I restaurant.
The hotel has a beautiful interior courtyard, with trees and flowing water. You can eat outside, it has a restaurant with good food - not cheap. Many hotel sides are kept in a hystorical outfit. The hotel is close to the touristic center. You can walk to the river (like Oro tower) for example.
One of the trees shelters tens of small birds that are tweeting constantly. This was relaxing for me, I even slept well, you can hear them from the room.
On the roof there is a pool. The water was rather cool, I could only stay minutes inside. Still, you can enjoy the sun, there are sun chairs around.
The room was good enough. As many hotels, the sound isolation is not great and I had noisy and chatty neighbors. Also, I could hear the bells from the Macarena church.
The city bus has a station near the hotel, at the big yellow gate in the Macarena region.
Overall, it was a nice, pleasant stay, the hotel people were nice and helpful.
Very nice please to stay with swimming Poole and tarrace. Receptionist was not very nice but everything else was very good.
Lovely frontage and reception area leading
to a marbled and orange tree festooned courtyard. Fantastic breakfast. Bedroom was marble tiled, so glad we had rugs as we visited in January. Double sinked bathroom with bidet, over bath shower and complimentary toiletries. Pleasant walk through the old town to the River and shops. Would recommend.
