I bought the wooden game "4 in a row", which was awarded the FSC trademark, in a Tschibo branch in Vienna. A game that the whole family can get excited about. However, young and old have problems when we play the game in artificial light, i.e. in the evening. The otherwise beautiful colors of wine red and dark green can no longer be distinguished one hundred percent at a glance, as is otherwise possible with contrasting colors. My old cheap plastic game with yellow and red tiles had no such problems. Too bad because it is not fun.

WARNING: Prepaid is not prepaid. I found myself in the branch Bochum Kortumstr. for advice on a prepaid tariff. The statement was: If you do not leave a bank account, then they pay nothing, a contract only arises when leaving a bank account. That sounded great because, because I regularly go abroad for a few months, I only need the phone service when I'm there and how I pay for it. Sorry but it is different for Tchibo. It is a contract, even if the staff says otherwise and the contracts are very unclear, so it does not understand a normal mortal person. THE CORONATION: The whole thing was delivered to a collection agency after only two months (!!) during my absence. Main claim 20.07 EUR (= twice 9.99 plus interest) and collection charges = 58.13 EUR. TSCHIBO REACTION: "Unfortunately, we can not do anything about that - they made the cross in the corner so that it applies every month". Again: It was said explicitly: Without bank account no contract "only what you deposit here in the store". Every other contract is understandable, Tchibo is in absolute chaos, so that neither customers nor staff understand what's behind it (I believe the staff, that they have not lied to me, but believe that they just have not seen through it yourself. PROBLEM: Burden of proof lies with me - where else. Therefore: I would rather do without Tchibo Mobil, because otherwise bad surprises. (about the 20 EUR main claim one could have agreed - but 58 EUR with debt collection is not !!!) FINGER OFF, WHO WANTS NO INKASSO AND PREPAID WILL !!

This Tchibo branch is special because it is right in the center of Tchibo. Anyone who is there as a visitor should definitely go to this branch once.

What does "gently decaffeinated" mean? Was my question. There is simply no answer. Then I drink other decaffeinated brands that are clearer.

Unfortunately, there is delicious coffee only for guests of the house but a pack of roasted beans and non-food can be purchased.

The smell of freshly ground coffee and the staff is nice too.

At Tschibo you can get a free Mastercard (TschiboCard-Plus). Partner Cards are not free. We have ordered two separate cards (for two persons), but they are deducted from an account. When paying with the card you get loyalty points (loyalty beans), which you can then implement in a Tschibo branch or online, for example in coffee. We use this card for years. Recently, I became a victim of card fraud. An amount was deducted several times, although I had paid only once. The legal department of the bank helped immediately. The amount was immediately reversed, and the legal department dealt with the unreasonable company.

Visited the small shop there and was greeted very nicely upon entering. You can also get your coffee from a vending machine.

Here items are sold in advance, which are only available later in the normal branches. Often very busy at lunchtime. Very nice sales staff.

You cannot only order from tchibo.de! Hands off. Only with prepayment and then at return they did not refund the money.

You can always find things that you could gnaw, even if you did not think it before :)

Tchibo is a great company, many good products and coffee is the best.

I don't like Tchibo with its housewife fashion and junk products that the world doesn't need. I don't drink coffee either. The negative rating is that I constantly have to see their advertising somewhere in my browser.
