Wells Fargo (Norwest) Review

On April 27, 2018. I made a deposit of 204.00 at the drive thur only 127.00 was deposited. I entered the bank immediately and requested the cameras to be reviewed. My money was not returned and I was asked by branch manager to leave. I reported the problem to corporate office NO HELP. Two months later after threatening to sue and/or social media the money was put in my account. The issue caused me all kinds of money issues. The district manager NEVER returned my phone calls and I was told she didn t know if the issues. Branch manager, teller and district manager she be replaced. If someone robbed or attempted to rob the bank they would have camera footage, employees for witnesses and person or people arrested and charged. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

Oh boy, As soon as I walked in the Wells Fargo branch all I received was unwelcomed looks by the tellers. They were very uppity towards me especially the black guy with dreads... The Caucasian woman aside from him gave me prejudice vibes.. I was so glad to get out of there! I would not recommend this bank to the devil himself!

Terrible bank, dial in to customer service and was hang up on by a receptionist.

The employee Gee Gee treated me like a dog, I went to change my check and told her that if she could give me everything in cash and she told me that no if I wanted to go to another bank, I am thinking about leaving this bank because her employees especially Gee Gee give poor customer service

I love this location and when im inside I get great service but going through the ATM more times than none I have an issue. The cash deposit service is usually down when I go and most recently I went and a guy was sitting at the ATM for 10 mins not doing anything so I had to drive off because I had to get back to work, very inconvenient. Otherwise it's a good location.

Impossible to get a credit line here unless you bank with them my credit score is an 790

The drive thru is the slowest I ve ever been in. Waiting now for 20 minutes. The person in front of me is sending the tube for the 3rd time now. This is crazy!

This is the best WF location in Memphis. Safest location, most helpful bankers. Shout out to Ryan for helping me out today.

I don't recommend this Bank the personal was not friendly they don't even have tags with their names cashier was rude

Slowest bank I've ever been to. I understand it's a lot going on, but it should never take over 30 minutes just to get a cashier's check. That time is from being first in line too at that.

Teller Gee Gee is rude. They never have enough personal bankers. It's worst than getting a root canal. This is why my account is closed and I chose to bank with another financial institution.

The wait was so long that I had to leave. I literally waited 25 minutes in line before I decided to leave
