George was very knowledgeable and was extremely good at explaining and teaching me information about my elevator. It was very helpful. He was thorough and took his time making sure all aspects of maintenance and the functionality of my elevator were in good shape. He was also careful to not change out items that weren t quite ready to be changed which gave me great trust in believing he was looking out for me as a customer I was very happy with my experience with George and his company.
