I received a promotional flyer in the mail on a Friday, claiming that I won a prize from them. I drove to their location the next day, Saturday to find out about it, only to discover that their entire dealership was closed and locked, even though their flyer claimed that they were open on Saturday.

I then returned on Monday when they were definitely open. The receptionist at the dealership was very nice, and told me that the promotion was from their used car lot next door. I walked over, and entered. The first person I met ignored me. The second, an overweight old car salesman apparently, rudely and gruffly told me "that promotion ended a week ago."

Rude. Self-important. Dismissive. Deceptive marketing practices. I'm going to avoid Taylor Chevrolet in the future, an I recommend that you do so, as well.
