The staff and sales people are very welcoming. Making sure they speak to you, ask if there is anything you need, if you've been helped, its great! When servicing a vehicle and having to wait, there is always popcorn, coffee, and the TV if you so choose. The seating is comfortable, and clean. The mechanics are very fast and effecient, even when they are backed up. Making an appointment to have the vehicle serviced is always best, but not always possible, but they go out of their way to make sure they take time with each customer. They ALL truly provide wonderful customer service. Ive been coming to Taylor Chevrolet for close to 10 years, and never had a complaint yet!
