This software always has issues with non working updates and schedules. There is always programming problems during peak tax season and they either close or put their phones on no answer mode when they know there is problems specially when you get stuck preparing taxes with your clients in your office and due to their technical programming problems you can do your job!
I had this program for over 2 years and love the great service that we receive and has been a big help to grow our business.

This is my second year using taxware, and so far I love it, it is easy to use and its a program you could learn to use very quickly. I haven't had a problem with it.
This software is not user-friendly at all. Their customer service is not helpful if the return is not in the current year. We are moving on to Lacerte.
I prepared 1984 returns with Taxware and have been with them since. The software is easy to use and the staff is quick to help if you have a problem.
