Just pushed off the road by this very anti-social driver who then did the same for others. I'm glad I wasn't in that taxi! If your life is dear to you I would not book a taxi here ....

Unfortunately after several calls and emails still no response when my son is going to be picked up while we already have 5 weeks approval from the municipality.

Is always on average 2 hours waiting for the transport, while it is then reported that we will be with you in half an hour. I am a caregiver for a man of 82 while I have a very busy life myself. , Anita Hofman

Very unreliable taxi service. When the chauffeurs arrive they are polite and good drivers. Its the planning that is terrible. And when you phone, the young fellows are so rude to you. One had a conversation for 10 minutes with his friend that I could hear (he hadn't switched me off sound) and then said, "Do you think you're the only customer that calls in?". But worst is when they say a taxi will be there in 10 minutes, but they had just said that 10 minutes earlier, and then finally (30 minutes late), the taxi chauffeur calls that it will still be 'awhile'. I ended up taking my husband that time to the hospital myself. We are going to try to switch to another taxi service. I can't believe that all the insurance approved taxi services are this bad!!!

Tonight 3 elderly ladies brought and collected by your company at our restaurant. Was much earlier than agreed and the ladies could not finish the dinner. Can not always be planned exactly, but the response of the driver was really scandalous !!! ..... "already called but no response .... and now hurry up because I have more to do!" This against 3 ladies with walker and stick !!!! Will certainly never not use your company and the ladies certainly not !!! It was totally disrespectful !!! During the ride back I was even more nagging, but I was not there. Judging by the reviews, I'm not alone. You will not get further as 1 star. This is understandable.

Bizarre bad company. First working day of a friend of mine, service lasts until 9 o'clock in the evening because suddenly there are 5 sick people at the end of his service. Should he still drive 47 km back and forth while he was done. And that on 15 minutes break with a service of 11 hours.
You do not have to try calling. Very badly treated. 'Miranda' does not even give you the time to talk, but 'is normally very quiet and does not have her day now'. No time for people who call. Nice and friendly, madam. You would think that you would normally be treated at a taxi company.

Taxi Wegman also takes care of INTENS BAD !!! elderly transport: my mother of 87 lives in Vianen and called today a taxi to be brought to and from Nieuwegein. She would be picked up again in an hour and she was at the fixed pick-up point at the Dirk v.d. Pants waiting at Plaza. Several taxis drove back and forth at and around the agreed time, but apparently people had never heard of this pick-up point (my mother is always picked up there for the right order ...). Every time she called and she was informed that she was not at the pick-up point ... and the taxis (3 in total) just drove past her. She then went inside at the Gall & Gall, pretty upset, asking for help. She finally waited 3 hours and when there was no taxi she had to call a regular taxi to come home for 24 euros. WEGDAM SCHANDALIG !!! It is that I am obliged to use a star, but for me you are not worth a single star !!

Children let go at school 9 am or 9:10 just passed child already 4 times in 1 week.
Immediately picked up 2 hours out and only 4 hours half past five home.
1 hour on hold 50 minutes on hold. This week has been on hold for 5 hours :(
And don't do anything about sorry or record anything.

taxi really never comes on time. usually 3 hours later than agreed. every time you call how things are going, "the taxi is almost there". it is about a child of 3 years, who has to be met at 4 o'clock, but is still waiting for a taxi at 7 o'clock to take him home so he can eat and sleep
