I actually just had to contact the BBB about this location. It was THAT BAD
Please read my formal complaint below...

I just had the worst customer experience at one of the locations in San Jose, CA. I expect this to be addressed as soon as possible.... Description of Complaint: I came in to this location on Saturday morning (August 22) a little after 9am. I was coming in to drop off a package to go back to Amazon, I had already had the pre-printed postage ready. The guy was very nasty and said, we charge 50 cents to tape your box. I was a little taken back because I have been coming to this location for the last year, and it was never stated as such. I asked him if there was a sign somewhere, and he stopped what he was doing, walked behind the register and pointed to a small sign, out of plain view of a customer walking in to the store. He then said, "consider this your LAST warning" as if to threaten me. I told him I would be sure to remember for next time, and that I did not plan on coming back because of how he was treating me.I also made the suggestion he should move it to the counter, and he said "thats what my finger is for" He then asked me if i wanted a receipt, to which I said "yes" then he stated, "i should charge you for that too" I asked him why he was being so nasty as the receipt printed. He then went to hand it to me, as I went to take it, he held on to it...making me have to pull harder to get it out of his hands. As i left the store I told him that he should not be treating people this way. To which he responded by giving me the MIDDLE FINGER AND KISSED IT. I was completely baffled by this mans behavior toward women. It was disgusting and needs to be addressed immediately.
