Fantastic Turner display and the Impressionists in London exhibition was fascinating, but expensive and noisy. The loos are poorly maintained, however, and the cafe disappointing.

Amazing gallery. Don McCullin exhibit was incredible
Spacious. Fabulous paintings. Cloakroom facility. Short walk from Pimlico tube.
Well laid out Exhibitions. Very helpful and friendly staff. The Cafe is managed to meet the current situation.
This museum hosts the art works of Britain in their permanent collections - my favourites being the Pre-Raphaelites in particular those by John Everett Millais is just intoxicating! My favourite bit about Tate Britain is they hold 6 week art courses which are really interesting and uplifting. Great place to go on your own but gets too busy on closing exhibition days.
A must for anyone that's visiting London and is remotely interested in art
Very good experience. Well established galleries and everyone very respectful of COVID rules
Beautiful impressionist paintings and sculptures and free art
Went to the Frank Bowling exhibition. Interesting to see how he developed his styles over the years. A delight too, to wander around other galleries. A wonderful resource.
Brilliant. Went to see the van Gogh exhibition. Previously had only ever seen his prints. The originals are stunning.
The Tate Britain is one of my favourite galleries in London, they have inspiring exhibitions and the walk through of British art is a wonderful collection with changing pieces and a really good mix of artists and styles. I can visit this gallery over and over again.
Large, beautiful and very interesting museum. I recommend to all lovers of modern art.
Permanent exhibition is free to visit. All visitors to the exhibition are paid. For friends of the museum everything is free. Tickets for the exhibition can be purchased directly at the museum, and can also be purchased on the museum website.
The museum has many free toilets. Also in the museum is a cafe.
Beautiful museum and arrange by decades of contemporary artists. Wonderful collection
Beautiful paintings in the Edward Burne-Jones exhibition
We visited several galleries in London. This was my favorite. Every room was a new treasure. Excellent variety. Featured artists were displayed in chronology of their work and style evolution. Even with the crowds there was plenty of space to see everything.
A grand building with a better focus than its larger and spoilt younger sibling down the river
Now the members room has been renovated this is a great place to relax and then take in some art
Fantastic place to visit even if you only visit the free stuff.
Blake exhibition - too busy, too many people let in for a timed ticket. Could not move or get closer to see paintings. Not worth the money
I love Tate Britain. A wonderful building and place to spend the Afternoon.
Visited to see the Van Gogh exhibition which was fantastic. Although I feel they let too many people into the allocated time slots. Queing to see a picture was not brilliant and knowing there is a queue of people behind you makes you feel rushed. I would still recommend it if you are a fan of his work.
Blows the National out of the water. Amazing building too. The Turner collection alone is worth 1.5-2 hours. Could have spent a whole day looking at the rest as well. Plus great chronological layout makes it easy to know where the interesting stuff is.
Free entry and a nice way to spend a bit of time. If you are not really into art, you'll probably only want to spend about 20/30 minutes in here. The artwork varies from good pieces that take talent create to the pretentious modern pieces. There was a big, thick bit of rope on the floor, could have been art but who knows.
The building itself is nice and overall I'd say it's worth popping in to have a quick look around. If it cost, I'd be less inclined to do so as clearly this isn't my area of interest, but as it's free there is no harm in having a quick look around.
Great art, pleasing building. Knocked off one star because of the queues for the loos.
Visited Tate Britain to view the David Hockney Exhibition. It has been one of the best art exhibitions I have seen.
Fine art gallery, worth to visit, amazing pieces of art.
We visited the newly opened Edward Burne - Jones - very well curated and not deserving of the damning review in the 'Guardian'.
Van Gogh Exhibition was terrific. Extremely enlightening.
Staff were very helpful as always
I saw the David Hockney and Paul Nash exhibits and both were very much worth it! The free section of the museum is also well worth a stop and has many of my favorite works!
An exceptional Van Gogh exhibition. Such a privalidge.
Bello van gogh. Max in a bit too expensive the entrance
It was fantastic they have started a gardening Project
Magnificent. Queer Britain is also recommended but Hockney is breathtaking.
A wonderful space to enjoy the arts both old and new... The architecture of this space is reason enough to visit this space. The atmosphere is delightful and spacious. The exhibitions often great and so worth going by even if you are unsure of what might be on as there seems to often be something there for everyone.
It's all here. Your Turner's, Landseer's, Holman Hunts. Usually an exhibition on, at extra cost - Van Gogh when we visited. Plus the odd modern stuff, if you want a laugh.
The museum have a very good collection of JMW Turner's paitings, which worths your time. This part of the exhibition is apart from the main part of the museum.
Beautiful gallery with great permanent collection of British art with stunning Turner galleries
LOVE, love, love Tate Britain.
Signing-up as a member is one the smartest things I've ever done.
Free access to exhibitions, use of the members' rooms/cafe! What's not to like!
Emotive exhibition, sooo quiet, everyone just mesmerised by photographs, black n white!
One of the best art collections and excellent exhibitions and one of the very first galleries i went to in london as a kid.
Very fond of the tate britain!
Beautifully renovated gallery where you can walk through the history of British art.
I loved it, this museum of modern art. His paintings and impressive sculptures.
Always something interesting to see. Easy to get lost.
Fabulous museum. Good variety of art from classic to modern, defenely not boring. The exibitions are renew every few months and they are very interesting.
The architectural stucture is beautiful and the services are very good.
The staff is very helpfull and you can even find gluten free sandwiches in the bar.
The area dedicated to the member it's quiet and intimate with a good selection of food and beverage.
One of my favourite museum in Europe.
Fine Art <3 Lovely building. Comfort food served at their cafes and restaurants. Such a lovely brittish experience
I was looking forward to the Tate modern but was pleasantly surprised by the collection of work. The staircase downstairs is stunning
An art gallery that you can revisit and still be surprised
I prefer this to the newer Tate Modern. Classic gallery with new modern wings
The re-hang is outstanding. Always room to breathe on a Sunday - but who on earth designed the chairs in the member's dining room?
Nice place with good collection of the Turner and Constable
Great place to visit on a day out! Beautiful paintings, and very nice art gallery to visit.
Free to get in. Amazing exhibitions of Turner and Blake, along with some of the greatest oil paintings in the world. A must see.
Super exhibition of Turner paintings and modern art.
Brilliant as always - a must do if you are visiting London.
A nice building, gallery and coffee house on the top. Visit during the week if you can.
Like or dislike, the museum is well laid out and well managed.
