They did an amazing job on my storefront glass and door glass replacement after our recent break in. The board up was done quickly and they matched the glass perfectly! Beautiful work! The installers were really nice and were able to take my payment and answer my questions on site. Highly recommend.

They were amazing! After having our front entrance broken in during a burglary they made the process very easy. They were professional and kept me informed about their progress. The worked ended up looking perfect, I will definitely use them again should I ever need more work done.

Awful window repair. The caulking is so bad they applied it on top of dirt, therfore the windows are leaking worse than before. DO NOT hire these guys worst repair job I have ever seen ! I was in vacation was supposed to return to my business suite with the windows repaired and water sealed only to find that the window that was leaking before the repair is in worse condition. A simple thunderstorm caused water to leak inside of my business. REALLY this is Houston we business owners should take care of each other not provide this kind of sloppy work. HOW is this company in business??? Do they train their employees?? Or pick them up on the side if the road! Additionally we discovered that they drilled wholes in the old frame now water gets into the frame and the winfows leak water for days after a rainfall.

The absolute worst in communication and customer service! Don't waste your time. Technician reattached quarter round trim on the face of the door with drywall screws. Breaking and splitting the trim allowing water to enter the building. Major lack of competence here!

A bank check went missing while their workers were in my office unsupervised. I don t want them near my business.

Timely service and the techs took care of everything. Fixed the front window after a branch fell during the storm and it looks excellent! Will return with business in the future!

They replaced a nut on my door and charged me 195 when I asked to speak to the person in charge I got the run around and was told I would get a call back after paying for the services which would render my call pointless.

The job was done, the repair guy is cool, the company is unfortunate that they have bad service towards small companies. Great service just unfortunate that the mishandled my situation

I moved into a new retail location and the evening sun made my store an oven. I called Cyrex Glass wanting to get my windows tinted because my build-out contractor contracted them to do my interior glass work. They recommended Low-E insulated glass. Wow, it made a HUGE difference!! They sent out four guys for the installation and they were professional, fast and cleaned the glass when they were done. I would recommend this company to anyone needing insulated glass. I d be thrilled to show you the difference if you re in the market for insulated glass. I m at New Age Avenue in Cypress, TX. I m just so thrilled to be cool in the afternoon with this Texas heat.
