IMPOSSIBLE. Manila call center. In the name of security: amount of last payment, ID of equipment, lease number, tracking number of early return of credit card reader, no Visa Card accepted, TASQ in Marietta GA number fails to get anywhere useful, repetition of options, Operator fails. Crooked outfit.
This is the worst company ever... They charge you thousands of dollars for a machine that is worth $200. I feel sorry for anyone who works at this company.
If there was 0 stars to rate my experience of attempting to call this company I would've done it! Don't bother dialing the phone number and trying to connect with customer service or operator because you are only going to get fax signal.. Go figure how these people are trying to conduct business in this day and age!
Never lease over priced, they use third party companies to lease their products and third party companies switch names and watch bills lots of different fees.
