They sent a tech out to fix my rice cooker. The tech gave me a misdiagnosis for a simple problem. I never received a bill. Months later I got a call from collection agency. I put in a dispute for the charge since no valuable work was done, in fact I was told incorrect information. They told me the tech was right and charged me anyway. It was a very simple problem, it was missing the standard pressure adaptor and the tech said an internal part was broken. $190 waste of time and money
